Plan a dream family vacation for your family today! Enjoy this 2300 square foot private home, with 100 feet of private lake front in a quite cove on the 8 1/2 mile marker of the Big Niangua branch of Lake of the Ozarks.
Vista Cove includes high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, ample living space, full kitchen, two large decks, and a two-slip private dock ready for boating, fishing and swimming.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms (king bed in one with Pack 'n Play, two full beds in the other), a full bath with large bath towels, a living room with 65-inch Smart TV, and DISH TV a reading nook stocked with books and magazines, a dining area with seating for 6, and fully-functional kitchen with stove, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, blender and toaster. There are plenty of dishes and cooking/baking utensils available, as well as a coffee bar with both a Keurig and a coffee pot. Two sets of sliding doors lead to the 300 sqft upper deck, with picturesque vista views of the lake, seating for 6 (and more if you bring your own chairs) , and a large gas grill available.
The lower level includes a master en suite with king bed and bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom is (non-conforming) with a full bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with full bed sized lower and twin bed upper plus an additional full size bed. The hall bathroom has a shower and large bath towels.
A large family room with a full sized Arcade Console, foosball table, card table with seating for 4, mini fridge, variety of board games, and a TV with DISH. Laundry room on lower level. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the 300 sqft lower deck, with shaded seating for 6, beautiful views of the lake, and access to the stairs leading to the private dock.
On one side of the private dock, utilize the tables and 8 chairs to watch the kids slide down the slide and swim in the lake, using the wet steps to easily walk back onto the dock. Be sure to bring your fishing rods! The other side of the dock is ideal for fishing, and includes a fish cleaning station. The dock includes two lighted boat slips, one is available for rental. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, or have one delivered from one of the local marinas. On-site trailer private parking is available across the road from the house. There are two kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, paddle boat and various sized life jackets available on the property, available to rent. Please contact us for waivers and access.
Enjoy golf? Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf courses are a short 10-minute drive, and nine additional golf courses are within a 30-minute drive. There are several spas available to pamper yourself.
If you enjoy disc golfing Dragon Ridge golf course is nearby. Site see and/or hike Ha Ha Tonka state park and Big Surf Water Park are great family fun. Enjoy caving? Bridal Cave and Jacob’s Cave are a stone’s throw away.
There are several grocery stores and convenience marts within 15 minutes of Vista Cove. If you want to eat out there are many fast food eaters close by or sit down to some great local restaurants both on and off the lake.
