Cozy Mountain | Ski, Beach, Hot Tub & Relaxation!!

Summary:
Welcome to our cozy resort style retreat tucked in between the Kootenay Mountains.

Ski at Panorama and then dry off up by our fireplace while playing board games and drinking wine.

Walk to the beach from our front door or take a quick drive to one of the many hot springs that surround our home.

Our vacation rental combines the feeling of staying in a Beach side resort with staying in a Mountain cabin complete with hot tubs, a pool, gym, Disney+ and Netflix.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to everything in the suite. This space was designed with the intention of being a Vacation Rental and everything in here is there for our guests to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
This resort style complex is immediately beside the Lake near the beach. About a 20 minute drive to Panorama and about a 10 minute drive to Radium Hot Springs.

Getting Around:
Many things are within walking distance however there are two parking spaces included if you'd like to bring your vehicles. For more than 2 vehicles, there's also plenty of visitors parking.

Other Things to Note:
The SEASONAL CLOSURE of the pool and west (small) hot tub is scheduled to begin Monday, September 25, 2023.

Communal Amenities cannot be guaranteed as these are regulated outside of our control and are subject to close anytime without notice.
Hot Tubs is open from 10:00am-10:00pm.
Please be sure to put back the fob on the key rack after use. If LOST - a fine of $150 may incur

While we strive to provide a pleasant and well-maintained environment, there may be occasions where maintenance or unforeseen circumstances require temporary closures or restricted access to the pool and hot tub areas. Interaction with Guests:
I’m available all the time through text, call and even FaceTime however if you don't need me the place is completely set up for contactless self check in and check out.

Fantastic Stay at Cozy Mountain Resort

Property was exactly as listed. Comfortable, very functional and perfect for a family. Great location, walking distance to beach, and in close proximity with to everything you could need. Property managers were very quick to respond for enquires or needs. Highly recommend and will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Invermere.

Quick stay on Motorcycle tour

The place was definitely perfect for the four of us to stay overnight on our motorcycle tour. Easy access to the property with great parking. The unit itself is extremely clean and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a very good size for any length of stay. The only reason we gave four stars for location and area is that it is right beside the highway. There was definitely traffic noise but we didn’t find it disruptive. The host was super responsive and was easy to deal with. We did have a problem with the check-in process, but Riley got that resolved quickly for me. Thanks Riley!

AMAZING !!!

This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO and I was nervous as to what to expect. I doubt I will ever stay in a hotel again! Our host was very patient and kind with all my "first timer" questions! Our condo was just like the pictures, rustic and perfect for our BC getaway. We look forward to using VRBO in the near future !! Thank you!!

Great condo, ideal location, well worth it!

We stayed two nights and although spent hardly any time in the condo, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and having some games on hand helps pass the down time. Thank you!

Invermere Getaway

This unit had everything we needed and we had a comfortable stay. The owner's instructions to access the building were easy and the owners checked in with me to see if everything was good:) The building and amenities could use some attention, namely the hallway rugs and pool.

Horrible location, right on the Trans Canada and you could hear it all night.

The property is stocked poorly, only two stemmed wine glasses, no draining board, not well stocked enough for making meals if you cook, darker window coverings are needed, drawers for clothes and would have been nice to be informed that the pool and hot tubs were out of commission.
