Small studio/independent room in a quiet area to be quiet and at the same time close to Bayonne or Biarritz. <br>You have a very nice little garden that you can enjoy in spring and summer.<br><br>Located in the Arrauntz district, you are only 3 km from the Ustaritz Forest and 10 km from the Route des Crêtes. <br>If you like cycling, this is a great place to enjoy the beautiful scenery while pedaling!<br>The village of Arcangues is 5 km away with a mini-market, 2 restaurants, golf.<br>Biarritz train station is a 15-minute drive away. <br>You have the beaches of Bidart 20 minutes away by car through the interior.<br>The place is quiet, you can hear the birds singing.<br><br>The accommodation has a bathroom with shower and toilet.<br>It has a bathroom with shower and toilet.<br>A sofa bed from the Maison du Convertible (real bed in 140 x 190 with slatted bed base and 12cm thick mattress).<br>A French press, a kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates and cups that will allow you to have breakfast and eat on the go if needed (ATTENTION, NO KITCHEN IN THE ACCOMMODATION).<br>A small cupboard under the stairs to store suitcases and a small storage space (rod and shelf)<br><br>The studio is located on the first floor of a large Basque house divided into 3 apartments. <br>It has an independent entrance and is located in the extension of our apartment. However, a storeroom separates our accommodation from the studio so you will be there in complete privacy!<br><br>It is important to know that the neighbors on the top floor park in front of the entrance of the studio because it is the alley that leads to the staircase that allows them to access their accommodation. <br>IT IS THEREFORE NECESSARY TO BE AWARE THAT A CAR WILL BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE STUDIO. <br>You have shutters and/or curtains to keep your privacy!<br><br>Linen (sheets, towels) is possible at an additional cost (15€/stay)<br><br>PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STUDIO DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN
