The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the upper floor and leads over an internal stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen with dinette, induction cooker (4 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.


Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The owner has their own dog. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
