Prepare for true oceanfront living - the stunning views from this condo's private lanai have to be seen to be believed! Enjoy a meal or just chill out and watch the waves roll past. When you're not walking out to the beach right outside the complex, you can enjoy a soak in the shared hot tub or take a dip in the shared, solar-heated outdoor pool. When you shower off the sand and come back inside, you can just set your clothes to go in the private washer/dryer. The full kitchen features a dishwasher. as well as other full-size appliances and a breakfast bar perfect for romantic breakfasts together. Of course, there's always the option to eat breakfast with a view.

You'll be able to walk right out the door of the complex to enjoy the beach! There are plenty of beach parks up and down the coast to explore. History buffs can travel just two-and-a-half miles for a tour of Hulihe‘e Palace. For guests looking to visit the links, Kona Country Club lies only two miles away.

Outstanding Visit

The view from the lanai is outstanding. Being next to the ocean with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep each night was an incredible experience. The condo itself was perfect, comfortable, and well decorated. We loved it and will return.

Great Location on the water.

Nice place, communication with the manager/owner was great. Check in/out was easy. Loved that it overlooked the actual beach/water and not the highway. Would recommend staying here.

We booked this condo for our wedding week. We loved lanai overlooking the beach, the sound of the surf and tide pools outside our room. The Poke Shop in the building was a bonus. Local was close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this condo when we came back.

This place was spotlessly clean when we checked in. Bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Great location and stunning view of the water from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo on a great property in a great location!

Very clean, great kitchen, great lanai. This was a 3 week trip - one week on Kauai, one week on Maui, and one week in Kona. This was our favorite condo.We left the patio doors open all night and the sound from the waves is almost too loud! Almost. :-)If we go back to the Kona side we will try to get this exact same unit.

Kona oceanfront oasis

Everything about the condo was perfect. Clean, well furnished, comfortable bed and nice kitchen. And the patio was amazing—coffee and breakfast each morning, and afternoon cocktails were enjoyed each day. And, there was a nice set of beach supplies—mats, towels, chairs, umbrella. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the big island.

Very clean, well appointed condo with amazing sunset views from the lanai. Close to lots of shopping & dining options as well. We were surprised at first that there was no a/c but you truly don’t need it, the breezes off the ocean and the fans made it very comfortable! We enjoyed watching the surfers and all of the fish!

Loved this stay!

I’ve stayed at this complex previously and I loved our condo each time. Our unit was just perfect for my family of three. The only hiccup we had was that the towel bar in the master bath fell down off the wall after just putting a damp wash cloth on it. We did notify the property and it was not fixed before we left so hoping that does not incur us a fine. There was no AC in the unit BUT the fans kept us plenty cool with the trade winds along with it. Mahalo for a great stay!

A few comments..

The master shower control valve needs to be fixed. It only puts out extremely HOT water or COLD water. Nothing in between Also, the listing should mention there is no central air conditioning.

Amazing view, if you can look past the inside

The view off the lanai was AMAZING! We loved watching the clear water and sunsets every day. This place looks quite dated from the images and we booked it knowing we’d be able to look past the style, however, we were not expecting the decor, fake plants, books, and furniture to be coated in dust. This place needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom or a renovation. The carpet is sticky, each cabinet smells different, and the building/exterior itself was quite worn. We love the lanai and view so much that we really just tried to spend our time there when we weren’t out and about. Would love to see this place cleaned up and it would be a gem. Won’t stay here again until then :(

Great Balcony with Sunset views

Overall this stay was amazing, the condo is right on the water and amazing sunset views. As some mentioned there is no AC but the place stayed pretty cool with both doors wide open and fans on at night, listening to the waves is a nice bonus but you will most likely be waking up with the sun. Condo has everything you need for the beech (towels/boards/cooler/chairs/umbrella) and kitchen. Washer/dryer in the condo Master shower water temp is hard to master but we figured it out and master bath toilet makes a loud noise, but 2 Baths so all good there. Both should be fixed and ill send comment to Vacasa Vacasa communication before my stay was tough over chat/email but very responsive on the phone. But any checkin/out and stay communication was great. Location of apartment (besides the ocean being there) is pretty great, everything seemed to be 10-30min away. Not a good walking area but plenty of people are seen walking into town so it could be done (2miles ish)

Beautiful gem a little bit outside kona, bad communication with property manager vacasa

Beautiful place outside kona with everything you need. Well furnished, well equipped and carefully decorated. Very close to the sea with a beautiful view. Little beach in front of the house. Swimming is more difficult because of the rocks. Didn't want to leave. Really bad experience with property manager Vacasa: Communication was non-existant and not satisfactory at all. Booked a second apartment through Vacasa first, but had to cancel it unfortunately. Never received a confirmation for the cancellation. Instead they asked me to pay the full amount, although I had cancelled it in time. For the second (still existing) booking I asked them, if it would be possible to check in a little earlier. Never received a message. Only automated generated messages. Very unpleasant experience.
