Lovely home in Nybrostrand with sauna

Only 200 meters from the sea and eight kilometers from Ystad, at the gateway to Österlen, you will find this exclusive brick villa. On the first floor is the large pool room with billiards, private gym and sauna. Near the cottage there is also a large outdoor pool and tennis courts. If you want to go horseback riding, you can do so in the nearby riding house. A must in your vacation is of course the summer town of Ystad with its fantastic half-timbered houses. Or why not plan or spontaneously visit Bornholm while you are still in town. The ferry leaves directly from Ystad. Not far from the cottage is also Kåseberga with its fish smokehouses. There you can also visit the mythical Ale Stenar.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, Haus mit Pflegebedürftigkeit

Alles in allem ein positiver Aufenthalt. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Ystad ist nur 8 km entfernt, der Strand wenige Meter und auch Orte wie Malmö, Simrishamn, Lund und Trelleborg sind binnen maximal einer Stunde erreichbar. In Laufnähe befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Kiosk. Der Ort liegt auch nur knapp 1 Stunde von der Öresundbrücke nach Dänemark entfernt. Eine perfekte Lage also. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich, das Haus sehr groß. Es gibt alle möglichen Küchengeräte (z. B. Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach), Anlagen mit großen Boxen und flexiblen Anschlussmöglichkeiten, deutsches Fernsehen, einen Billiardtisch, viele bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen großen Swimmingpool im Inneren, den man wirklich zum Schwimmen nutzen kann (das Highlight!), einen Grill u. v. m. Des Weiteren sind zwei Terrassen vorhanden, die man je nach Sonnenlage nutzen mag. Leider machte das Haus keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck: Im Obergeschoss fehlte das große Sonnenrollo (es lag offensichtlich schon länger kaputt draußen auf dem Boden). Das fehlende Rollo sorgt im Sommer für eine große Hitze im Obergeschoss. Nur mit ganztägigem Lüften ist diese Hitze in den Griff zu kriegen, da auch oben die Hauptstube mit dem Fernseher ist und die Schlafzimmer sich ebenfalls dort befinden. Des Weiteren waren einige Fenster kaputt und konnten nicht mehr abgesperrt werden, einige Stühle wackelten stark und waren nicht mehr nutzbar, auch wirkte das Haus etwas unsauber (viele Spinnenweben an den Decken). Am Schlimmsten war allerdings eine sehr verdreckte Matraze, die einen furchtbaren Geruch abgegeben hat. Hier muss der Vermieter einiges nachbessern und austauschen. Für den dann doch recht hohen Preis darf man deutlich mehr Pflege erwarten. Die Endreinigung, die von uns selbst durchgeführt wurde, hätte der Vermieter mit umgerechnet knapp 150 € in Rechnung gestellt, was schlicht übertrieben ist. Würde der Vermieter mehr im/am Haus machen, wäre der Urlaub noch besser gewesen, denn eigentlich ist es ein tolles Haus, um das man sich nur besser kümmern müsste. Da Schweden aber ein tolles Land mit netten Menschen ist, war der Urlaub in Nybostrand dennoch gut.
