Located on the 1st floor without a lift, this 3-star duplex of 35 m² is set in a small, quiet residence of 7 apartments and is fully equipped.
It features:
- an upstairs bedroom with two single beds (80 × 190) that can be pushed together
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a living room with a 140 × 190 sofa bed

**Parking**
You have access to a free parking space in front of the “Nant Soleil” residence or in the private garage.

- The accommodation is located on Route de la Grallière, offering a residential setting within walking distance of the resort centre.
- Ski bus stop “Nant Soleil” at the foot of the residence.
- A “Carrefour Montagne” supermarket is about 4 minutes away by car.
- Crêt du Merle chairlift: around 19 minutes on foot.
- Patinoire gondola: around 23 minutes.
- You can also visit Annecy, about 40 minutes away by car.

## Emplacement
