Located on the Caribbean side of the island this rental is a house sectioned off into three different apartments. This listing is for apartment 1 bottom entire floor of home 3 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 10 with a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea, sunsets are visible from the rear patio. Along with communal outside dining area, outside half bathroom, outside shower, outside bar area, outside kitchen, outside BBQ area hang out. Great place to unwind and not be crowded by the touristic scene that other rentals on the island offer. Your own private beach access right threw the rear gate as well as Inches beach and Playa Guardaraya less then a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants in the area within walking distance as well as many local small bars to hang out and relax with the locals or just kick back and enjoy the view.

Our family first trip since the pandemic, this place is just amazing, the view day time and night time have to be one of the most beautiful views ever. Amy the owner did everything possible to make sure we had a good time and everyone was SAFE and comfortable. Definitely renting this amazing place again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The unit we rented was perfect size and spacious enough to have our own space. I would definitely use them again!

An okay house.

After seeing the house inside I feel it was a little pricey. The house looked as it was bought and rented without being upgraded. However, the backyard was nice. The view was beautiful. The kids had fun in the pool. Our party agreed the backyard is the best part of the house. I didn’t appreciate the owner calling me to charge me for something I didn’t break. (One of the pole post by the pool) Fortunately, I had pictures to proof it was already sideways when we got there. I must say that I forgot to mention to the owner that family was coming over and I got a text message for that. I apologized for it.

There are many pictures posted to have a complete view of entire rental property before booking your reservation description and pricing are clearly stated. As for the damage to the gate guest clearly added to the damage but submitted claim to insurance and reminded guest to always report anything that looks out of place. Our house rules clearly state no outside guest allowed as it is not fair to share amenities like pool and all outside area with non registered guest.

I absolutely loved it there...

Omg this was so beautiful the house is comfortable and spacious it has everything you need if you are cooking or if you want to eat out there are restaurants to the left and to the right with amazing food.....the view is amazing the property manager was very nice and the communication was great... I want to go back now!
