Enjoy resort-like amenities including a pool, basketball and tennis courts, and poolside gazebo. Just steps from the beautiful Punta Tuna Reserve—your perfect coastal escape awaits!

The space

24 hour gated community. The grounds are monitored and maintained 7 days a week. Guest will have access to the in ground pool on the first level, gazebo with tables and chairs, basketball court and tennis court. Right across the street from the development is the entrance to the Punta Tuna Reserve which provides a short 3 min walk to the water.

Guest access

Main pool and common areas on the first level of the development are opened to all guests.

Only authorized guests would be provided access to enter the development.

All lights, fans and A/Cs should be turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
