Exquisite Seaside Village Home - 3 Bedrooms + Casita
Located in the beautiful gated community of San Luis Bay Estates, we are a 5-minute drive to Avila's spectacular white sand OCEAN BEACH and 9 minutes to lovely downtown San Luis Obispo. Our property, on a very QUIET cul de sac, has grand PANORAMIC VIEWS , a beautiful KOI POND with a stream and five miniature waterfalls. The house is large, airy and light-filled, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large office space with great views, an INFRARED SAUNA and a separate CASITA with its own bathroom. Plus a 2- car garage.
Wifi, filtered water & all utilities included.
For an extra charge, we can run the outdoor hot tub. No promises, but we may be able to obtain a pass for the private community pool.
