Central Coast Cottage

We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as a quiet and private space to work.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes and dry them on the dish rack.
Send me a message when you’ve checked out and departed the property.
Taking out trash is not mandatory. If you want to dispose of your trash & recycling during your stay, there are labeled bins located on the other side of the small metal gate outside the entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must use the parking space provided directly in front of the cottage entrance. Either pull /back into or park parallel to the front door.
Only registered guests may have access to the property. The maximum count is 2 unless otherwise approved by the host.
Pets must be house trained. Please use provided sheet to cover bed and sofa surfaces. Pets can be left unattended if there is no excessive barking.
