Fantastic 3 Bedroom/2bath cottage in desirable Summerwind location. Close to the beach and other popular Seabrook Island amenities.

This beach cottage has everything you need to start making your Seabrook Island vacation memories. A terrific, open floor plan lives large with the living/ dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. A fantastic screened porch spanning the back of the home is yours to enjoy with dining table and chairs for 6 and other additional cozy seating. A propane grill is available on the side deck for all your BBQ favorites.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry. The dining area has a vaulted ceiling with table and seating for 6.

The living room area is highlighted by tranquil wooded views through the sliding doors accessing the porch. Relax in the comfortable furniture while you catch up on your favorite shows on the 50" HDTV complete with cable and DVD. Free WIFI is included in the rental.

The master bedroom is on one side of the cottage and features a king bed, 32" HDTV and access to the screened porch. The en suite master bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combination and hair dryer.

The 2 guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the cottage and share a hall access bath. One guest room has 3 twin beds with 32" HDTV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" HDTV and sliding door access to the open deck.

A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Under the cottage is expanded outdoor living space that you will love taking advantage of in shaded comfort. An outdoor shower makes keeping the sand outside easier after a day on the beach.

Property has a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

We loved our stay here. The house was just the right size for our family and our location was great. We took bikes to the beach. Enjoyed having boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs if needed. It was wonderful having laundry close by for beach towels. The screened porch was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the interior design was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the wildlife we saw all around - Armadillos, deer, raccoons, golden orb spiders, & dolphins on the beach!

This was our first time in the area, and Seabrook Island is beautiful! We loved the beach and there were so many things to do. The cottage was so cute - plenty of room for the teenagers, perfect for the dog, and the screened in porch was fantastic! Had everything we needed!

Tranquil Setting

The cottage was everything that was described! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. We had a wonderful time sitting on the screened in patio in the morning enjoying our coffee and eating dinner at the spacious table outside in the evenings. The beach is just a bike ride away. Seabrook is one of our favorite places to visit and we would definitely stay at Summerwind Cottage again the future!

Great house well equiped but rugs were very stained

Great house for our family. Great location about a mile from the beach club. The only issue we had was that the rugs were very stand by what look like dog urine. Otherwise great location and very well equiped. Would rent again!

Easy check in. Home is well set up and nicely decorated however the evidence that the home is pet-friendly is everywhere. The screened porch is large and would be awesome but it’s surrounded on all sides by neighboring properties and porches, so lacks privacy. It is also carpeted and smells like dogs with the rain and humidity. Since the bedrooms are all carpeted, the pet hair is hard to miss. My girls sat on the bedroom floor and had pet hair all over their clothing. The bathrooms are updated nicely, not fancy. The kitchen has vinyl countertops/faux granite. Liked the full size washer dryer.

Well appointed house especially kitchen and very enjoyable screened in porch! House wasn't particularly clean as it should have been ie kitchen floor dirty with crumbs by refrigerator old coffee pod in Kuerig and coffee pot in cabinet with old coffee water in it! Carpets are worn and could use updating but overall good rental

Sweet Place to Stay

We’re a six-person family and found this rental a little small for our needs. (However, we may be a “livin’ large” family!). We like to cook and found the kitchen small, but well equipped. Bathrooms were small, and although updated slightly, still needed the showers/baths to be upgraded. Being seniors, a step-in shower instead of a tub would benefit us old folks! Other than that, the floors need a good cleaning. My socks were filthy! The sunroom was the nicest room in the rental. It was bright, airy and very roomy and cheerful.

First time @Seabrook! Loved it!

This Is a beautifully decorated home...well-stocked kitchen...large, peaceful screened porch, surrounded by live oaks and moss...lovely, quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking and biking...the beach was clean and uncrowded...And, bonus, we could bring my mother's small dog! It was a little slice of heaven! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

If you don't purchase insurance, the following applies: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. What makes this property unique

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
