Restored stone house on the southern slopes of the Apennines, 3 km from Pieve S. Stefano and near vast forests and heights that invite hiking. Rustic furnishings, large kitchen-living room with comfortable gallery, external staircase to the lower living area. A covered terrace and various garden seating areas in the shade of old chestnut trees promise many pleasant hours outdoors. Exclusive, fenced pool with wide lawn and small playground. An ideal terrain for children! The owner lives in the house next door. Interesting places to visit: The Franciscan monastery of La Verna (15km), Caprese Michelangelo (15km), the pretty towns of the Tiber Valley, the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (85km). Unpaved access.
