Family home near theme parks, outlets & Walmart

Our home is brand new and features 2 suites, 2 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully furnished, sleeps 10. The house has 4 bedrooms, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 full and 2 duck beds. Well equipped kitchen. If you bring your laptop with you, there is also free Wi-Fi. Comunity has a swimmimg pool, play ground and large patio areas. This house is very cozy and confortable. This location is really great!!! 17 minutes from Disney 23 minutes from Universal 5 minutes from Walmart 14 minutes from Premium Outlets 17 minutes from Disney Springs It is a home away from home for you to enjoy. For the comfort of your arrival, as a courtesy we offer the Welcome Kit (1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 mini soap, 1 mini shampoo / conditioner, 1 sponge for dish-washing, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 mini detergent, 1 mini box of laundry soap), also guests can find breakfast kit at the kitchen. It is not our responsibility to reset the Welcome Kit.

Dirty bad host

When we checked in the host gave us no clear rules or information about the house at all besides how to get in the door. Carpet was disgusting dryer didn’t work neither did the Wi-Fi. The water didn’t get hot at all in the middle bathroom upstairs. Had no where to put trash and host wasn’t helpful at all.

Very nice

Nice place to stay. There were plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses but only on small fry pan, a wok and a pot so it took some creativity to make dinners. Also, we had one dishwashing pod for three days so you may need to bring your own.

Awesome property

Awesome customer service. Really clean property with top of the line appliances. We highly recommend this property if ypu are planning staying with family and friends. Very nice neighborhood closed to mainly everything.

Annual Family Vacation

Location, gated community and townhouse was grate, easy access to stores, restaurants and attraction was easy and all close by. The rating of 3 stars is do the lack of Groupo Cortez ansering /returning their phone or messages. We had questions about WIFI and had a problem with the dryer, it took 3 drying cycle for one load of wash. Talk about wasting electricity. We stayed 9 (nine) days with 4 teenagers and not washing any cloth was not an options.
