NEWLY REMODELED 3 bed/2 bath OCEANFRONT condo at Horizons Sleeps 8 Comfortably

Spacious three bedroom, two bath corner 3rd floor condominium unit. Master bedroom has a king bed while the other two bedrooms offer queen sized beds which comfortably accommodate 8 people. The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has been completely renovated. The spacious living room updated with fireplace, recliner and Lift-Chair, has a full unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking tools for family food preparation.

Alternatively, the location is ideal for a variety of dining options within walking/biking or short driving distance. Finally, this property offers a large, private, corner wrap-around balcony looking North-East over the beach. And a balcony off the master bedroom facing west to view the sunsets.

This unit can easily accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. Two spacious elevators are available for use.

Horizons is a highly sought-after location because this property resides on a private beach overlooking the beautiful sands of North Daytona Beach. The property has a gated oceanfront pool just off the beach with plenty of seating for relaxing, sunbathing, or watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The building has monitored security with key entry to all doors and one designated underground parking spot. A second vehicle can be parked in the above ground parking area first come basis. No pets permitted.

*****Note: The concrete restoration has been completed on the northern side of the condo complex. The condo has full access to both balconies and should have no further issues with the construction project. HOWEVER, the concrete restoration project is still ongoing on the southern side of the building. There may be drilling noises from 8-4 during weekdays but should be minimal inconvenience if any.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Strip beds and place in front of washing machine. Place used towels in front of washing machine.
Load and start dishwasher.
Turn AC to 76 degrees. Place keys on hooks and garage door opener on counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Loss of keys 30.00 for property key and 5.00 for unit keys. Garage door opener is $50.00 charge for each.

We love staying at Horizons in Daytona beach. This unit was fantastic! We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor with easy access to the stairs and a great beach view! Eric was extremely helpful in providing details and answering questions before our arrival. He also made sure to check in a couple of times to make sure we were all set and enjoying the unit. There is a washer and dryer in unit which is always helpful with kids at the beach for a week. Eric had chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys to borrow. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. Comfortable seating in the living room - we watched several movies and beds were comfy too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!

Eric was fantastic! We went right after Milton came through and Eric was very up front of any damage. However, we were not aware that the balcony was being worked on and every morning around 7:30AM, there were people right outside making a lot of noise. Other than that, it was wonderful.

We had such a wonderful family vacation on this trip! Thank you for having this beautiful property and for all the “extras”! First of all, the property looks just like the pictures! It overlooks the beach and you can see the ocean from everywhere in the main room AND the master bedroom! The property was really nicely accommodated with full kitchen including anything you need to have a relaxing stay! The property is also very secure and quiet, and in a key central location! We will definitely be back and I recommend if it is available BOOK IT :)

Beautiful condo

Great communication from owner. Property not quite finished being cleaned by check in but both owner and housekeeping explained why and apologized. Previous tenants left condo in bad shape and they wanted to make sure everything was good for our stay. They did let us bring our refrigerated items in while they finished and we just went and hung out on the beach for a little bit. I explained that there were no issues on my end and appreciated the fact that they didn't want to half a.. the cleaning. The condo was beautiful. Views were better than expected for being on 3rd floor. We are used to 5th floor or above. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would've liked to have had a larger bowl and skillet but we made everything work for our family. Overall, I would definitely stay in this condo again. We absolutely love the family feel at the Horizons and Eric was a great host!

The only downside of this property is parking if you have multiple vehicles. Condo was very clean, owner was very nice and checked in occasionally, and location was near a lot of good food and fun things to do.

Eric and Patti have been dreaming of owning their own 'piece of paradise' for a number of years. We finally found it at Horizons! We are new to vacation rentals and are learning the ropes. Our primary goal is customer care. We use the condo as vacationers and therefore are continuing to realize 'what is missing' to make this place AMAZING. If you choose to stay with us, we will provide the best customer care. We are constantly looking to improve the experience and provide a quality accommodation so you will want to return.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all. It over looks a private beach with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. This condo offers a comfortable and spacious area that easily accommodates 8 people - offering a place to unwind and relax with family as well as being able to close the door for alone time. The wrap around balcony on the North end provides excellent views of the Sunrise at all angles and the back balcony is perfect for sunsets and views of A1A. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for any cooking adventure.

As the unit is on the 3rd floor, you are not too low or too high which permits communication with people on the ground and easy access to stairs when the elevators are occupied.
