Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with huge salt-water pool and spa. Custom built in 2018 with high end finishes. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one on 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. Fantastic location - close to airport, major highways, beaches, Hyde Park for restaurants and bars, 5 min walk to BayShore Blvd. This place has everything you need for a luxury hotel-like stay! Amazing house! Even bigger than what I expected. All of the beds were so incredibly comfortable and the sheets so soft. Great location to walk to bayshore blvd and so close to target and cvs. The host proactively called to make sure we had what we needed to get into the house and also checked that we got in successfully. Can’t wait to go back here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, a great and very safe location central to our nephew's wedding and to all the conveniences of South Tampa. The house was an ideal rental for our 5 adults on a week stay. It is fully stocked although it needs some rental improvements such as more TVs in the bedrooms, a remote garage door opener, more box fans in each room, and some mattress and bedroom furniture improvements. The manager Rhonda was extremely helpful and communicative before during and after...overall a strong choice to stay in that area with some need for improvements.

The house was spacious and worked perfectly for our family in town for my son's wedding. It is perfectly located in a nice part of Tampa near Bayshore Blvd. We found the house well appointed, very neat and comfortable.

Perfect Wedding House

We used this perfect house as our family stay as our wedding venue (groom’s family) was 2 miles away. This house is in a perfect location to downtown Tampa. We just loved everything about this house!

Nice Property… BUT!The property itself is mostly nice and in a convenient location. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor communication and a lack of hospitality from the host and property management from the very beginning.Upon arrival, we discovered that the oven was unusable. Rather than the host proactively offering a solution or gesture for the inconvenience, we had to go back and forth with the host and manager to address the issue.We also learned that the hot tub could only be turned on for two hours each day. We communicated our requested time 13 days before our arrival, yet when the time came, the hot tub had not been turned on—and ultimately, it was not functioning properly either.What was most disappointing was how these issues were handled. Neither the oven nor the hot tub was fixed during our stay (we do understand these things can take time to be replaced/repaired), and instead of feeling like the host genuinely took ownership of the problems, it often felt as though we were asking them for a favor simply by bringing the issues to their attention.The property itself had the potential to provide a great experience, but true hospitality is about how you handle things when they don’t go as planned. Unfortunately, the host’s approach to these inconveniences left a poor taste in our mouths and significantly diminished what otherwise could have been a very enjoyable stay.

Very clean and spacious house but check out is earlier than most properties. There are a lot of additional expenses to use amenities like the hot tub. I tried contacting the property manager to see if we could stay an additional hour since our flight was delayed and got no answer and cleaning company was there right at 10am

Great House - Convenient to Everything

We lived in Tampa our entire lives until recently and frequently rent around the city. This house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The backyard was perfect for relaxation and the location was perfect with access to Bayshore and Ballast Point. We will be back!
