Alpine chalet on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (wood stove with wood provided), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower and 2 basins ), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each with 2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200 cm, a mezzanine with empty space in the living room (1 single bed 90x190 cm), separate WC. Total floor area: 105 m² attic parts included. Grounds, raised terrace (access by wooden staircase). Individual alpine chalet located in the middle of a meadow bordered by forests, 9 km from the village of Ste Foy Tarentaise or 2.5 km from the resort of Ste Foy Tarentaise. Exemplary renovation with natural materials, careful decoration giving a warm mountain atmosphere. Beautiful volumes and quality equipment for a very comfortable stay.
