Breathtaking Beachfront Home on Two Acres of Private Forest

When you look down from our bluff through wind-gnarled Spruces to the broad sandy beach below, you will know you have chosen someplace special in this quiet corner of the majestic Washington coastline. Built in 2003, Ocean Cliff offers its discriminating guests deluxe accommodations unsurpassed in the North Beach area.

The three-bedroom upstairs floor sleeps eight and features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a guest bedroom with two twins, a bunk room with a standard top and bottom bunkbed and full-sized bed (this room is perfect for sleeping four kids). Its deck overlooks a breathtaking view of the majestic Pacific Ocean.

The two-bedroom downstairs floor features a patio and direct access to our beautifully landscaped yard overlooking the beach. It sleeps four with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom.

Ocean Cliff has over 2800 square feet and both floors have gas fireplaces, tile and marble throughout, beautiful fully-equipped kitchens, deluxe bathrooms and spacious master bedrooms with ocean views. Off the main entry is a utility room and mud room with a large shower. Our sunken fire pit offers the ideal location for campfires and s'mores, and the one-acre private forest is perfect for exploration. A short walk to the Ocean Crest Resort takes you to a beautiful stairway down to the beach...or you can drive down in 90 seconds, convenient for hauling kids and stuff.

We had a family trip fishing for King Salmon. The home was a perfect location. The views of the beach were stunning. The home had fantastic amenities and the mattresses were very comfortable and we plan to book for next year.

This was a wonderful house for a large group. There were 9 of us so we had our own space when wanted and yet a great gathering room when we got together. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was outstanding. A wonderful view of the ocean as well as a back yard with a great fire pit and areas if you wanted to just go out, sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery.

I didn't know much about Moclips before but I learned to really like it. This house is perfectly place with easy access to a walking path to the beach and road access so we could drive with picnic items and toys. Everyone really enjoyed their stay.

This is a beautiful property perfect for a large group. We have been coming to this area for years, often staying at the Ocean Crest just two houses north. We will absolutely return for another excellent stay. The listing could have used more photos of each room for pre planning but all worked just fine.

Great location! Great Views. Very private. Easy beach accesses. Nice yard for younger kids and easy to watch them at play. The two levels also works well for giving the older kids their "space". Nice bathrooms and newer full-size W/D. Lots of bath towels, but bring your larger beach towels. Lots of beds. Only issues we encountered was to find out there was a burn ban in process. Had we been advised of this, we could have brought along our portable gas grill(s) for grilling. Overall, a good family experience. And if we were to return to the area, we would stay here again. Thanks Jim et al for sharing your home.

Wonderful location amazing views great accommodations for a large family or two. Only downfall was the units were a little dirty especially the floors and there were many lightbulbs burnt out with no replacements. Would stay again!

Nice property near Seabrook.

Girls weekend getaway was great. Beautiful backyard with ocean views and nicely maintained yard. Quick 5 minute drive to Seabrook. 2 rooms had twin beds in them which was not what we were expecting but it worked out. Would have been better if they had queens or at leaat full. All in all a nice clean place to stay.

We LOVE coming here!

We have stayed here twice now and both times have been incredible. The pictures they show, don't do it justice. You just have to be there in person to truly appreciate it. The place is always clean, and the hosts are professional. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Spectacular location in Moclips

A wonderful set up for two families to share, with a spectacular view, which made up for lack of some amenities (no hot tub or cable, but great wifi and smart tvs). Very easy drive to the beach below, less than two minutes. Two full kitchens with dishwashers and large washer and dryer - great for sandy kids! Decor is a little outdated but still comfortable and family friendly.

Lovely property and good communications before and during the stay. The check-out requirements were rather extensive and strongly worded, I guess they've had problems with inconsiderate guests. The dishwasher on main floor tends to open up mid cycle and needs repairing.

Great view with lots of space

The pictures did not do it justice: the view is really outstanding and the grounds are lovely. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone. Comfortable beds. Furniture was less comfortable. Only 2 burners of the downstairs stove worked. I had the impression there was beach access from the property but you have to walk a short distance along the road to use Ocean Crest’s stairs. It was wonderful having the Ocesn Crest dining room so close by. The food is wonderful.
