Moclips Beach Rentals is proud to offer Lycan House, a 4 bedroom luxury home that sleeps up to 12 people. Private hot tub. The views are un-paralleled as the house is at the end of the lane with nothing to the north or west. The house includes a grand open spaced living area with a centerpiece see through fireplace, game table, dining for 10. Minimum 7 night stay in July and August, arrival on Saturday for 2025
House includes game room with ping pong and foosball.
Special rates available by phone booking only.
Tesla charging station available!
Owner requires security deposit at check-in by venmo zelle or cash. Returned 14 days after stay.

Why they chose this property

I purchased the property back in 2009 as I planned on building a new luxury home in the future. An old mobile home sat on the lot. Due to a flood in 2012, the mobile got demolished and the new Lycan House has come to fruition.

What makes this property unique

You are right on the beach. There is nothing to the north or west of you. It is really quiet and peaceful.
