Wonderful location and a well equipped house. It has everything needed for the beach. The beach itself is fairly private. At high tide, the water comes up to the seawall but its easy to go up the stairs and onto the deck overlooking the water. Kitchen has everything needed as well. We would stay here again!

We so enjoyed making memories here, right on the beach. Your home was filled all the space we could ever need and everything we needed. What a wonderful surprise Welcome bag, very thoughtful! The perfect beach house!! Such a beautiful and great location! The house is lovely and has everything you need. Walking distance to the Wells lobster pound and the wells beach shops and cafes. Close to the scoop deck- what more can you want! Do note in case you are flying in that there are not linens, but they do have quilts. Great place to enjoy Maine and relax.
