This stylish and updated RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, fitness center, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Fly Fishing, shopping, or to discover the area. Great location for Travel Nurses & Doctors!

This newly renovated condo offers all of the amenities of home and is located directly across from Bristol Motor Speedway. This unit is great for folks coming to our area for-Racing, outdoor activities-hiking, biking, fishing, boating, Traveling Nurses & Docs, real estate relocation, etc. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, 2 TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Cable TV, washer/dryer. We have a gated parking lot with an elevator, pool, hot tub, gym, fitness center, & clubhouse! You'll love it!

This well appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with it own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse.

Guest access
Gate code will be provided upon check in day. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry and code will be sent on day of arrival.

During your stay guest will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool (swimming pool is open seasonally), and fitness center.

This Condo is located in a gated community and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.

Other things to note
Access to the hot tub and pool are seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guest in the complex and no loud noise after 10 p.m.

There are several great restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc located very close to the complex.

PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for Race events.

Wonderful condo near BMS

We stayed here about 3-4 years ago. There has been some nice redecorating (like the reclining sofa in the LR). But the main thing is that it is spotless, and very convenient. We lived in Bristol 10 years ago and come back frequently to visit friends and relatives. This condo is a very nice stay for 2 old people.

Race stay

I booked for a race at Bristol motor speedway. The condo was so convenient to the track, there was great food local, and the host was AMAZING. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful with many amenities

We stayed here a bit off season to visit family in the area. It was just as depicted, super clean with many extras including some snacks and vast coffee selection. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Excellent Place to Stay!

Absolutely Perfect!!! Made a long weekend to visit family in the Bristol area and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We overlooked the Bristol Speedway, just minutes from anything you might need. Our host had excellent communication before and during our stay - she went well above and beyond what we expected. The condo was excellent - it had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Tailored Space. Everything was spotless! When you stay at one of Karen’s rentals there’s honestly no need to bring anything, she anticipates everything you may need for a successful get away. Karen made this stay the utmost of comfort and convenience for our family! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed outside of groceries (but there were some snacks and drinks for us)! Karen was easy to get a hold of when we needed her (which was once because I overlooked a detail that was sent to me). We would absolutely stay in condo 502 again!

The Perfect Place

Came for a baseball tournament my son was playing in with my wife and daughter. This property was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room and privacy. The place was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need. Nice having a pool and hot tub available on the property as well. Karen was also very helpful with a need that we requested. Amazing place to stay!

We had an awesome stay here. It was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. They offered so many extra amenities. This place was stocked very well! They had everything we needed and more! The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. We had no issues so communication was limited with the owner but when I did have questions upon arrival she was very quick to respond. Great communication with her and she was very nice. Overall, this is a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Bristol!

Bristol Karl Kustom dirt weekend

The condo's location is perfect as it is directly across the road from the speedway. The whole facility is beautiful with every amenity imaginable. I have never seen a rental unit so totally equipped. Everything you need to prepare a great homemade meal. We only cooked breakfast but could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner if we desired! Can't wait to go back.

Amazing place!

This is my second time staying here and once again it was amazing! The host is great. She responds quickly to all communications and is very nice and gracious. The condo is perfect for when I come to town do visit my friends. It’s immaculate! And smells great when you walk in. It’s completely stocked on everything you need, even small things that are usually never offered in rentals. They even have books and games to use. That’s one of the many reasons I love this place! I will absolutely stay here every time I visit Bristol.

2nd Stay here - Great again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. And it was just as great! Very clean, well-supplied (and thoughtful supplies like aspirin, allergy pills, etc in case you forgot something). Beds were comfortable. Location is perfect if you are coming to a car race - right across the street from the track. Easy 7-10 minute drive to downtown Bristol for a good variety of restaurants. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area. Karen was easy to communicate with and helped us out with a last-minute need for an additional parking pass. She made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you!

Bristol Racing

This condo was more-than-perfect for a weekend of Racing in Bristol! Very clean, well-stocked ( big thank you to the coffee bar) , nicely decorated, and wonderfully furnished. Karen was a great host and was very quick to answer any questions, as well as help have an extra parking pass delivered quickly at the last minute. Condo is right across the street from the track, which made enjoying trackside activities easy. 15 minutes from the door to our seats, and didn't have to deal with traffic. Convenient to downtown Bristol (7 miles), where there are several good restaurants to choose from. Will stay here again the next time we come to a race!

Racetrack Christmas 2022

We've stayed at this property before and loved it so we wanted to come again for Christmas. We loved it just as much this time. The location is great for us and it is convenient to all we wanted to do for the holidays. We only had 2 days so we did not do any cooking, but anything you need to cook with is there. We did make coffee several times from the assortment of coffee and tea options. The place is spotless as far as cleanliness goes, and lastly working with Karen was very smooth. She's always available to the phone and always friendly and easy to talk to. We will probably be back in a few months. Love it.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and very nice!

The only reason I am giving this place a five star rating is because there is no such thing as a six star rating. When I’m telling you this owner has thought of everything…. I mean everything. There is extra everything for you if you left something at home. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, it was fully furnished and they even had books, games, movies, HUGE TV’s in each room, super comfy pillows and mattresses, and even…. Coffee! It’s the little details that really show you just how much they have put into this VRBO. Everything is labeled for you. All of the art and pictures are framed and matted. Nice thread count sheets. Patio furniture with cushions. I have come to expect certain things, but not be over demanding. That way you are not disappointment. But this particular Vrbo was top notch and it was obvious that this owner took pride in their rental. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends!

Harassing Property Managers

My husband and I were ecstatic to spend time with our grandchildren, 6 and 3 years old. We thought this place would be perfect. Sadly, we were approached by a strange man asking for our condo number. We don’t tell strangers where we are staying, so we continued to the pool to enjoy our day. To be clear, I contacted the owner and she reassured me that I did not have to check-in with anyone and that the man was Joe, Linda’s husband. Linda is the property manager. My grandchildren, my husband, and I were enjoying swimming together. Then, a stranger (Linda) came with no identification and asked for our room number. I explained that I contacted the owner who stated that I did not have to check-in with anyone. Linda refused to stop harassing us until we left with crying, sad grandchildren. The owner offered a hotel room but we felt so unsafe, we drove five hours back home to be in our safe place. Unfortunately, the owner decided to explain Linda’s actions to me. It was because a previous guest brought fourteen people to the pool. I could not fathom how or why we deserved to be questioned, two grandparents and two small children. Joe and Linda caused my grandchildren, my husband and me a traumatic experience that we may never heal.

Wonderful restful time in beautiful Bristol

We both fell immediately in love with this property. We've stayed in several VRBO properties and all were great, but this one was the cherry on top of the cake. This has tons of room to start with, and every room is very well equipped and decorated. But even better, it was immaculate. I think we could have eaten off the floors it was so clean. The bed was comfortable and we both slept like babies. The kitchen is totally stocked with not just dishes and cookware, but also the cabinet is full of spices, the refrigerator had everything from water to condiments like hot sauce, ketchup and mustard. We chose not to cook on this trip, but we certainly could have done so without bringing a bag full of cooking supplies. In addition the coffee bar was to die for. Both a drip pot and a Keurig was provided with all the supplies for a variety of coffee and tea. They also have little hospitality baskets in the bathrooms and kitchen with snacks and toothbrushes, sharing cream, razors, etc. The shower and tub was stocked with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was towels enough for 8-10 people. Another surprise was a drawer filled with couch blankets to wrap around you, and even ponchos and an umbrella. for the guests use. Finally another great thing was the beautifully furnished balcony outside the living room that faced the Bristol Motor Speedway. We could have literally walked across the street to the race track. Finally, the hostesses, Karen was so easy to reach via text, email or phone. She was very helpful and makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend. We loved everything about this stay and will hopefully be back soon and often.
