The activities are numerous between sea swimming, sea kayaking, beach volleyball, cycling or jogging on the greenway, visits (Domaine du Rayol botanical garden, Saint Tropez, old village of Bormes les mimosas, visit of the Golden Islands from Cavalaire, many quality restaurants on the surrounding beaches. The sea is accessible in 3 minutes by foot through the secured "Avenue des Anglais". Swimming on the beach of Rayol is safe and supervised by the SNSM (sea rescuers). The beach is mostly frequented by families. The beach also includes a playground for kids, a beach volleyball court, and a beach restaurant called "BOUKAROU".
The access to "La Voie Verte" (pedestrian path) from the Villa is a nice starting point to go for a walk, go jogging or go bicycle towards "Le Cap Nègre" (5km – 1 hour by foot) or Cavalaire Harbour (8km – 30 minutes by Bicycle).
