Gorgeous home in Segmon with sauna

Exclusive, elevated holiday home with a beautiful view of the distant horizon, birds and boats, located directly on beautiful Lake Vänern. Separate sauna with steps into the lake. The large south-facing terrace is bathed in sunlight in the morning and evening. The marvellous panoramic view from the living room makes the daily meals a special experience. In summer there is the possibility of two extra beds in the annex. Firewood can be purchased from the owner. Nearby:Forest, water, fishing, berries, game, hiking trails, golf, canoe routes.



Note: The boat is available from May to October.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage. Toller Ausblick. Anfahrt erfolgt erst über eine Schotterstraße, dann über einen Waldweg. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Motor für das Boot und die Endreinigung müssen bei dem sehr freundlichen Besitzer in bar (SEK) bezahlt werden. Die große Sauna mit Seeblick ist ein absoluter Traum. Das kleine Anex-Haus mit Etagenbetten hat idyllischen Charme und ist - ebenso wie die weitere Schlafmöglichkeit im Spitzboden - bestens für kleine Abenteurer geeignet.
