Our family home in Piriac-sur-Mer of 160m2 with a garden of 600m², is located on a square at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 300m from the beach, 500m from the port and the village of Piriac. It can accommodate up to 9 people for convivial moments with family or friends.
Refurbished in March 2023, you will appreciate the calm and modern comfort of this holiday home.
The accommodation
THE TERRACE AND THE GARDEN:

The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 600m2, planted with trees and sunny.
The south-facing terrace (covered by a canna) is equipped with garden furniture and a table with 9 seats. a large parasol and a Weber barbecue.
Sunbeds, chairs and side tables are at your disposal to enjoy the garden.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
The entrance opens onto a large, bright living room of 50 m2, composed of a lounge area equipped with a stove for winter evenings, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), overlooking the enclosed garden, ideal for young children.

A laundry room where you will find a 2nd fridge, 2nd freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying racks, etc.

A garage to store bicycles and other equipment for your stay.

1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 assembled, with shower and sink.

UPSTAIRS:
All our beds are individual box springs and mattresses. You can separate them or put them together, as you wish

The cleaning package includes the end-of-stay cleaning (general maintenance of the house). We kindly invite you to leave the premises in a suitable condition.

For your comfort, we provide you with liquid soap, household products, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc. but also a kitchen stock such as condiments, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc

As the area is quiet, we ask you to respect the area.
