Margaret and William Barton owners of the Little River Guest House. We live on the property in the main house and built and designed both houses. We are a design/build team and landscape architect and have done several projects around the country. We manage and maintain the property to a high standard and are happy to meet your needs.
Why they chose this property
We live on this 35 acre ranch, and enjoy all the amenities this valley has to offer. We know you will enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and exploring this special valley.
What makes this property unique
Local recreation, skiing (15 mins. away), river rafting, fishing, mountain biking and hiking. This area is also rich in heritage sites, featuring historic downtown Salida (10 mins away). Right from the guest house, you can hike along the Little Arkansas or hike and mountain bike Willow and Greens Creek roads. The Mountain Spirit Winery on Cty. Rd. 220. 1 mile down the rd. is a great place to have a picnic under an apple tree.
