April/May Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

We had a fabulous stay. Nice touches included a guest basket with snacks and some extra toiletries. House was very clean. It’s a nice layout for larger groups too! We’d stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in with great communication with the owners. The property was very clean and well appointed. Ideal home base to drive up to Monarch Mountain for skiing! Definitely interested in staying again in the future.

This house was in a great location. Very clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. No problem checking in or anything during the stay. Would stay here again when in the area.

Great property. We stayed there while skiing at Monarch. It was pretty close to the resort but also close to amenities like groceries and gas in Salida. Very comfortable and cozy property
