About this property

- Nice 2-room resort Heart

-two-room apartment (35 m2 + covered terrace facing south 11 m2) is ideally located in the heart of the main street of the village, close to shops, 50 m from the altispace, the telebourg and the school ski piou piou. it is accessible from the parking (2nd level) but also from the shopping street (1st level).
It consists of a living room equipped with a convertible corner sofa, a pull-out sofa beds, a table, benches and stools; a bedroom with double bed and dresser; a kitchenette; a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Plenty of storage space available.
The living room overlooks the terrace South side and pedestrian street, the room and the kitchen overlook the opposite side (parking).

A deposit of 300 Euros not cashed will be required 15 days before your arrival and returned if everything is ok.

Note that Valmorel resort is open from late June to late August for the summer season and from 14/12/2019 to 18/04/2020 for the winter season.

Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé

Appartement d'emblée accueillant par sa déco choisie avec goût autour du thème du bois. Lorsqu'on commence à faire le tour des équipements, on se rend compte qu'il ne manque rien, que ce soit dans la cuisine ( avec ses nombreux ustensiles, la vaisselle en quantité, le petit électro ménager,... ) ou encore dans le salon où on trouve des jeux de société ou encore des bons DVD entre autres. Rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé pour séjourner comme à la maison. La localisation est sympa, plein centre du bourg, on surplombe la rue depuis la magnifique terrasse tout en étant un peu isolé du fait de la hauteur. Les escaliers qui mènent à la rue permettent d'aller chercher sa baguette ou ses petits pains en moins de 2 minutes! Propriétaire facilement joignable et très aimable.
