*Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are two short flights of stairs to access our unit. Please know you do have to walk up steps. Once inside, the unit is one floor.
*This is a condo, meaning common areas such as the backyard, breezeway, and widow's peak are shared. Areas that are not shared include: the unit itself, the driveway, the storage room, and the outside shower.
*The building is comprised of 2 units. One unit is ours and the upstairs unit is also a rental, but it is owned by someone else entirely.

Excellent vacation

Not a whole lot to say everything was perfect. It’s very close to the beach. An easy walk. Close to the boardwalk. Everything about the house was great. Very nice kitchen. Bedrooms were great. We had everything we needed. I would Feinstein stay here again.

A Perfect Stepping Stone to the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay—just a literal stepping stone away from the beach! The location was unbeatable, nestled in a great area and quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels to kitchen essentials. The amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Claire, our host, was kind and responsive throughout the trip. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. This house was so comfortable and much care had been taken for guests needs down to the last detail. Great location, easy walk to beach and marina views from the porch. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a wonderful place to make family memories?

It is better then advertised. Short walk to the beach, beautiful porches to sit on and have family time, close to all attractions, and the pictures don’t do it justice.

Perfect stay

4 day weekend getaway was made super easy here! The storage room on the ground floor meant no lugging beach equipment up and down stairs. Upstairs we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfortable. A few more kitchen towels would have been nice (we only had one) but not a deal breaker. The North End Mini mart/Cafe was great, make sure you go have a burger!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend this amazing condo for your next stay. It was clean, organized, and inviting. The layout provides privacy and family time due to it's layout. The amenities were outstanding. The owner is very pleasant and was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The freezer started making a noise and she was working to get someone out that night so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced even though we weren't.

Beach stay

Our stay was fantastic. A quick walk to the beach and they provided chairs and sandtoys for the stay. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and I loved sitting out of the porch. The street did have flooding with the king tides, but Claire gave us the information before arriving. My only slight disappointment was that the higher porch was being repaired and we did not have the ocean view. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic property in a great location

We really enjoyed this condo at Carolina Beach. The condo is spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The condo is also in a great location. From the widows walk you can see the ocean and the inner-coastal waterway. The storage room is also really well stocked with beach items such as chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon. The external shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach is also really nice with hot water. This was our favorite beach property that we've stayed at so far coming to the Carolina Coast.

King high tide adventure

as advertised; nice place; king room very nice; queens are smaller than look in photos; no problem that elevator out of order; there in November and street floods for 4 hours at certain high tides; had highest ever while we there, so could not drive out for the 4 hours, but fun to look at the results from porch. Nice neighbors.

Family Beach Vacation

Great property! Fit 7 adults and one child comfortably. Plenty of room for whole family to hang out in the open floor plan kitchen / living room & large deck. 3 minute walk to the beach was great. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive into town, bars, restaurants, amusement park and boardwalk area. Keyless entry, secure ground level storage area & outdoor shower were great for returning from the beach with all your stuff. Claire is a great host, always in contact for check in, check out and responded immediately for any questions that came up during our stay. Will definitely stay there again!

My family of 5 stayed in this condo, it was lovely. I was worried about the walk to the beach with 3 littles, but the walk was so short they did great. The place was so clean! It was so nice to be able to wash clothes every day and have unlimited ice in freezer. The front balcony was great, we spent many hours out here. The beds were comfortable and rooms so spacious. If we come back to Carolina beach we will book again. The property manager was so responsive and gave a night refund when hurricane Debby chased us off a day too soon.

Family Bonding

This was the most accurately described and pictured condo I have ever rented. The pictures were up to date so you could see what the condo looks like now not 20 years ago! The large common area was great for the family to gather including the large table for dining. The amenities provided were wonderful. Your every need was clearly planned.

Very Nice!
