Holiday house "Depandance" in Fazana - 5 min walk from the beach

The holiday house “Depandance” is an independent little house located within our property, where, in a separate building, there is our own home and another accommodation dedicated to guests.
We, Barbara and Andrea, consider ourselves inclusive hosts who enjoy interacting with our guests. We live here, and we consider this an added value for our guests. We are always available for advice, assistance, and—why not—for a chat and to spend some time together. We are local hosts who can offer, if you wish, the opportunity to enjoy experiences with us while discovering the area, this region, its traditions, and its peculiarities. If you would like to deepen your knowledge of this area, do not hesitate to ask: Barbara is a licensed tour guide and she can help you and/or accompany you in your discovery of Istria.
The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and is equipped with air conditioning. During our experience as hosts, we have noticed that many people do not like air conditioning, and we felt it was fair not to charge these guests for services they do not wish to use. For this reason, as well as out of respect for the environment, we decided not to include its cost in the daily rate of the accommodation. Therefore, the cost of air conditioning will be calculated only at the end of your stay, counting only the days on which you actually used it. The same policy applies to the use of the washing machine. This is shared by all guests in the laundry room. For this service, we offer 1 wash per week free of charge.
We are a Pet Friendly property and we are very happy when people travel with their pets; we also have a dog and two cats here. If you decide to spend a relaxing period with us together with your four-legged friend, we kindly ask you to observe a few rules out of respect for other animals and other people. We ask you to always keep your pet under control and, out of respect for those who may have allergies, not to allow your friend to get on sofas and beds. Please note that a daily fee is charged for your pet’s stay.
Andrea is a dog trainer and he can help you with your dog, provide a dog-sitting service, or—why not—a short obedience course during your vacation.
Parking for one vehicle is available inside the property and is free of charge. The tourist tax is also free for you. Therefore, apart from any extra services you may choose to use, there will be no additional costs.
The holiday home is a 10-minute walk from the center of Fažana, a charming fishing village located opposite the wonderful archipelago of the Brijuni National Park. Fažana is equipped with all services, including a doctor for tourists, a pharmacy, a post office, supermarkets, seaside restaurants, and shops.
The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. It is a pebble beach with several amenities, such as a beach bar, a beach volleyball court, a children’s playground, sun beds and umbrellas. There are also other beaches within walking distance offering additional services, including diving, sailing and motorboat rentals, windsurfing schools and rentals, jet skis, and water sports. However, there are also secluded and intimate beaches where you can relax in peace. In Fažana, there are also some dog-friendly beaches.
