About this property

Amazing home in Okrug Gornji

Holiday home with pool (heated) consisting of a main house and a small annex. The main house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, spread over the ground floor and first floor. It is fully air-conditioned and has a marvellous pool with sun loungers and beautiful terraces, from which you have a wonderful view of the sea and the small islands. A few metres from the main house there is a bedroom with bathroom and a fitness room in the annex. By the swimming pool there is also an outdoor shower, tables and chairs and an outdoor whirlpool for 5 people. The property is completely fenced in and the pool is secured with a gate, so your little ones are not allowed to enter independently and can play safely in front of the house. The house is located in the south of the island of iovo, only 5 kilometres from the museum town of Trogir. Trogir also offers a rich entertainment programme for young people. If you are travelling with your own boat, there is also a boat mooring available. The owner will be happy to tell you where you can find beautiful spots in the area.
