"GREEN DREAM" offers accommodation for 12 people. Two luxurious, modern and fully equipped apartments on the groundfloor of the house offer access to the outdoor terrace with its own vintage kitchen, a toilet, a small gym and space for fun with billiards, as Green Dream makes it special. We do not rent to separate parties at the same time, both apartments (for 12 persons both) are for the same guests! From the terrace there is access to big heated pool (33 square meters) and beautiful garden with a picturesque gazebo covered with fragrant jasmine. House is just 4 km away from the center of Split and Diocletian's Palace.The nearest two beaches are 1,5 km from the property.

THE SPACE:
"GREEN DREAM" house offers accommodation in Split for maximum 12 persons, 4 km from Diocletian's Palace, 1,5 km from two of the most famous beaches Žnjan and Bačvice and 500 meters from big shopping centers City Center One Split and Mall of Split. Guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace which is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, stone fireplace, billiard and bathroom. There is a pool with another fireplace and garden with lots off plants, flowers and unique fragrant arbor of jasmine that you can not find anywhere else. All that makes Green Dream unique and ideal for those who like to blend pure nature , modern and ancient atmosphere. Both apartments are rented to the same guests , there is no mixing of guests who do not know each other .
The both indoor kitchens in two apartments are equipped with everything new.
Guests can enjoy in quietly place, just 4 km afar from center of Split. They can enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings , and can be in the city center in 7 minutes by car . If you really need a break for body and soul , but also like city traffic, "Green Dream" is the best choice for you and your friends or family. Two most popular beaches in Split, Žnjan and Bačvice are 5-10 minutes with car.

The neighborhood is very calm and quiet and do not hear the traffic noise because the property away from the main road.

I'm Ana, your host! I'm a professor of Croatian language. I speak English. I'm available to guests 24 hours a day. Perfect Oasis in Croatia

Our experience with the Green Dream villa was amazing!The accommodation is made up of 2 apartments, communal areas, 3 kitchens, and a gorgeous pool garden area (with gym equipment and BBQ grill area too!) - Everything that you need!Location was great (15 min taxi ride from town during low season - could be higher if more traffic) and 10 mins walk to a Lidl to grab supplies.Ana, our host was incredible 3 - Messaged on Whatsapp with lots of really useful information and was very responsive to all of my questions - Even moved forward the check-in process for us even though she had previous guests the night before.It was the perfect place to relax and escape from a busy city - make sure you spend time in this gorgeous apartment!
