This modern semi-detached house is located on a fenced plot, which is directly on a pebble beach. An outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people is at your disposal, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue. Our tip: Nowhere in the world are there two cities within a radius of only 30 kilometers that are under the protection of UNESCO and on the World Heritage List: Diocletian's Palace in Split and the historic center of Trogir. The old town of Trogir is like a "museum island", offering its visitors a wide range of cultural and historical sights. Experience the rich history of the city, which began with its foundation by the Greeks around 300 BC.

Wir waren 3 Motorradfahrer die täglich Ihre Touren von hier starteten. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, direkten Zugang zum Strand, kleiner Pool, diverse Terrassen und gut eingerichtete Küche - Wohnraum- Schlafräume. Eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben.

Wunderschönes Häuschen direkt am Meer.

Wunderschönes Häuschen direkt am Meer. Uns haben nur einige Kleinigkeiten gestört.1. realtiv viele Mücken sind ständig ins Haus gekommen, durch Fliegengitter zumindest in den Schlafräumen wäre dies leicht zu unterbinden. 2. Mikrowelle gibt es nicht 3. Der Whirlpool funktioniert eher bedingt ( Einlass Warmwasser geht nur in kleinen Schüben aufgrund des Boilers ) + Düsen funktionieren bringen aber kein wirkliches Whirlpool Gefühl da etwas zu schwach. 4. Haus ist hellhörig und in der oberen Etage sind die Türen verzogen und klemmen + der Boden ist etwas lose und knarrt. 5. Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend jedoch sind die vorhandenen Messer sehr stumpf und die Schleifvorrichtung war zu verschlissen um noch wirklich zu schärfen.6. ES GIBT NUR EINE GROßE DECKE( großes Laken) PRO BETT !Als letztes eine Anmerkung an den Parkplatz. Wir waren mit einem Kombi vor Ort und es hat wie angegeben nur ein Auto in den Carport gepasst. 2 Kleine Autos ( Größe Golf) würden auch hinein passen.Positiv anzumerken:1. Genügend Handtücher waren vorhanden2. Decken für Abends draußen sitzen waren auch genug3. Sauna und Eiswürfelmaschine sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei4. oberes Badezimmer ist in gutem Zustand und Dusche Top
