Enjoy some relaxing days in our charming and beautiful villa Tropical Vibes. With its gorgeous landscaping, tasteful furniture, and being situated on a nice canal, this home makes you feel at home away from home.
On its big and greatly lit lanai you can prepare the best BBQ dinners, relish your morning coffee and evening cocktail, or just relax after a fun day in the heated pool or at the beach.
The kitchen provides you with everything you need to spoil your loved ones with a special family dinner.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and of course a smart TV. The attached bathroom has a nice walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Both have smart TVs. T
The guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combination.
Tropical Vibes is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. About half a mile south is a little beach on the river with a great open-air restaurant. Not even 5 minutes away are multiple restaurants, bars, shops, and a beautiful park right at the river with multiple playgrounds for the little ones.
10 minutes to the west are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. Both locations offer great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, live music, shops and much more.

A perfect base to explore Cape Coral and the wider South Florida

A perfect villa, the best we have stayed in ever. The heated pool was a bonus due to our stay being in early April. That said the weather was extremely hot! Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with beforehand.

Spring Break 2024

We were looking to get away from Northern Michigan winter and to spend some uninterrupted family time. This property was just what we needed! It had everything we needed! It was very clean and decorated so nicely! Everyone we dealt with was amazingly helpful and so nice! We'd come back, for sure!

Best vacation rental So I’m writing a review they want me to write a review for this day so the owner needed to make our Mo stay perfect the lawn furniture needed an outdoor TV because we spent so much thank you for a year

Loved this house. The owners had everything we needed to make our month stay perfect. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the lanai furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had every utensil and pot and pan needed. If there was any improvement we would ask for an outdoor tv because we spent so much time outside. Andrea the agent and Charlie the care taker were incredible 🥰 Thank you for a relaxing , great vacation. See you next year❤️

Terrific property - made our Christmas vacation great!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was an older home that had been completely renovated. We chose this property because we liked the fact that the kitchen was open to the living and dining areas. We were so pleased to discover that the kitchen was as well equipped as it was. The property manager was extremely helpful: met us the first day to introduce himself and then, a few days later, responded right away when we needed help turning on the heat. When he couldn't turn the heat on for us, called an air-condition /heat professional who quickly came to help. We really appreciated the attention we got and the results! Although we didn't use the pool, it was lovely to look out toward the canal and see the pool. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders die liebevolle Einrichtung und die großzügige Aufteilung der Räume sind zu erwähnen. Die technische Einrichtung der Küche inclusive Gasgrill am Pool waren top. Die Betreuung durch Andrea und die Einweisung durch Charlie waren super. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Beautiful property, great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Our family throughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool, outside lounge area and boat dock. We have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to come back here again.
