The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pool heating is not included and is available upon request for an additional fee. All trash must be taken to the outdoor cans, and the cans placed at the curb next to the mailbox.
Refrigerator & Freezer: Please remove all food and beverages. Do not leave any items behind. Lights & Fans: Turn off all lights and fans. There are multiple switches throughout the home,
Secure and lock all doors. Set thermostat to 75°F. Leave used towels in hallway with stripped bedding beside them. Return all pool, lanai, and dock furniture to original positions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Correspondence from host to guest need to be replied within 24hrs
Checkout time is 11:00 AM unless approved in advance.Stays beyond this time may result in additional charges due to scheduled cleaning
Visitors need to be approved of beforehand.

The host was very welcoming, the house was clean and had a great beach vibe to fix the winter blues. The neighborhood was pretty cool too very quiet. We did walk every morning and it was neat seeing them burrowing owls. The town was close enough to Fort Myers. We enjoyed the non screened pool and the many areas to relax. We would return again.
