Private compound with gated entry, off-street parking. Listen to the waves crash on the cliff 200 feet below. Enjoy constant trade winds from the east. Great water views from every bedroom. Relax for a drink in the great room with floor to ceiling panoramic views of the Atlantic and nearby islands. Take a dip in the plunge pool to cool off. Lounge on the sun deck or toast the sunset as you float away in your hammock, from the upper deck. Modernized split system A/C in great room and each bedroom. 30 foot curved great room ceiling. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Interior walls renovated through-out with quality cypress workmanship. Oak, granite, quartz, and stainless steel kitchen with island & dishwasher. Walk-in closet in master suite. New slate & hardwood floors on first level. New tile on upper level, accessed by spiral staircase.

What a spot. The views are enough to give it 5 stars. Big kitchen, lots of bedrooms, great for a big family that wants to do loads of anctivities around the islands. He had a ton of chairs and beach equipment. I cant tell you how much hassle that saved us. kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and that morning coffee on the porch watching the sunrise can’t be beat. Incredible find. Not a single complaint. 5 stars easy. Highlights for the !views!, big kitchen, and ample bedrooms with cold a/c.

Breathtaking View

After finding the location way up in the hills of St Thomas we were in awe of the views! There were seven of us that stayed for eight nights. There was plenty of space! Fantastic Location and Great Property

The house was very spacious and very clean. There were plenty of towels and linens and we truly enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the pool and my wife and I loved its location on the deck overlooking the water. You can hear the waves at night when you sleep and it was in close proximity to shops and markets when needed. The host was available and easy to communicate with. Was helpful that he was on the island while we were there as well. Overall it was a great experience and we would come back again.

Great place for the price

This villa has everything you might need. Private location with absolutely stunning views. Listen to the waves crash on the shore below. Awesome location 7 mins to Magens Bay 12 mins to Red Hook, 12 mins to downtown. Super convenient with a gas station and mini mart a half mile away.

We all had a fantastic time. Paul took care of all our requests, even moving the dates by one day on both ends of the trip. We didn't need the AC, just opened the windows to a great ocean breeze.

Had a blast with the fam for 9 nights. Host was great at communication. Really beautiful wood design in the house with a cool mini pool you can take a dip at anytime you want! Just be aware of the curvy hills to get there; take your time.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul's villa. The view is fantastic. Paul was very responsive and made us feel welcome (he even left us some welcoming bubbly in the fridge). House was as described in the ad and all 9 people were comfortable. The location is perfect for driving to all of the famous beaches and stores. Would definitely return!

Great Space

Great house, great space and great host. Thanks so much to Paul for a wonderful experience. He even set up a small Christmas tree for our family to enjoy over the holiday. There is no trail to the tide pools, though it would be nice if that was cleared and made available again. The best part has to be the sound of the waves crashing throughout the night and you can hear it in every bedroom. We hope to be back someday!

This was one of the most amazing experiences I've had on vacation the booking a place to stay. Paul was so helpful in speaking to our taxis to get to and from the house, finding places to go and more. Not to mention the house itself is stunning. It feels so cozy and is huge! The views are absolutely stunning - completely unobstructed view of the ocean and islands. The house and view is even more stunning than the pictures. Our whole group was in shock with how beautiful the house and view was. Was totally worth every penny and we will definitely plan to come back to stay.

Family vacation

This property is amazing. The views are absolutely beautiful. This property came equipped with everything that you might need, they absolutely thought of everything. There are beach chairs, kayaks, pool floats, you name it, it was there and available for use. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There are barbecue grills, there is a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, too many any extras to name. This host was also the best. He communicated well, and any request was granted. He was more than accommodating for me and our large group, you will not be disappointed. Our entire group was extremely happy with this place. There was plenty of room for everyone and enough privacy and separation when needed. We all would definitely stay here again. One couple in our group stayed in the one bedroom villa located on the property and they absolutely loved it also, in fact they extended their stay. It was also very well equipped with everything you could ever imagine. There is not a bad view from anywhere on the property. There is plenty of parking. The pool area and deck was also nice. You can see the sunrise and sunset from this property. This place will not disappoint you. I definitely give 5 stars

April 2023 Family Trip

House is nice - view is amazing. Paul is very tentative. House is well stocked. The property is secluded which is a great thing. You’ll need a car or to rely on taxi services. We used Josh (340) 473-3438 everyday. He was excellent and drove us right to front door. We had a couple who flew in from west coast and their taxi driver wouldn’t drive right up to house. It’s a bit tricky but, Josh knows the route by heart. We had 1-2 rides per day. We spent a small fortune on taxis but, none of us were willing to drive on the narrow streets/hills. The watering hole & kayak spot are almost unreachable. You have to walk down a trail that’s partially overgrown. Then shimmy along cliff then use a rope to get down cliff to water. Wasn’t worth the risk of injury to anyone in our party. That was disappointing because we had intended to take advantage of that space/kayaking. Overall great place with spectacular views.

Almost the perfect stay

This property is very beautiful and had incredible views. Property is spacious, clean and the house is well stocked with all essential needs. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, spices, tea, coffee ect. The owners are really kind and communicate well. A few items to note, the water pressure is not the best. We had 7 people staying in the house and were unable to use the two showers at the same time. There is also no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom which is inconvenient when sharing the house with several people. The upstairs bathroom barely flushes. We did inform the property owner who stated we were not using the proper button but it continued to not flush properly throughout our stay. We also lost power for about 15 hours. We understand from several locals that it's common to lose power but there was no generator ready to back up the water pump. We were okay without the electricity except the no access to water is an issue when you have to use the bathroom. The property owner was able to fix the generator eventually but it would have been better if it was ready. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

We are centrally located in a very secluded, spacious neighborhood with one+ acre lots. Located on the Atlantic, near the end of Sunsi Point we have low traffic, one way in, one way out.

What makes this property unique

Our property offers private off street gated parking, great views (described by guests as "world class"), access to the Atlantic, the sound of waves crashing on the cliff below. You can launch kayaks (provided at no extra fee) from our property or haul them to a nearby beach.

The villa is all electric and uses solar power with a Powerwall (Tesla) battery back-up system. VI power is three (3) times the average cost of electricity on the U. S. mainland - Higher than Hawaii. Island power is also relatively unreliable. Most power outages last only a few hours. We will text you if there is a power outage. During a power outage it is best to minimize use of high power consuming devices such as cook-tops, microwaves, ovens, W/D's, A/Cs, etc. This will ensure that we can run on battery power and/or solar power (from the panels during sunlight hours) - until the grid returns. If we completely drain the batteries during the night, we lose water pressure (no running water, no toilets, no showers) and Internet access. Battery backup power is adequate for the normal power outage. With care it will last overnight until sunlight returns.
If possible/practical plan use of laundry facilities and cook meals, during the day when the sun can supply our power.
