Casa Feliz’s 5000sqm (1.25 acres) property is located in the calm and quit neighbourhood La Josefina, close to Huacas. Up till 6 guests may enjoy this beautiful and private estate with all amenities. The house is centrally located, only 10 minutes from Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Brasilito and Playa Conchal, and 15 minutes from Flamingo. There is fast wifi in the entire house, and a lot of space in- and outdoors. A cleaning service can be offered for weekly stays. Discount applies for week/monthly booking

Amazing property and location!

This was our first time bringing our kids with us to Costa Rica and this was the perfect house for us. The house was beautiful and the yard was even better. We spent a lot of time out there in the late afternoons and evenings. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything. Highly recommend this house and we will be back!

LOVED IT!!!

Prior to arriving at Costa Rica we felt that the images of the home were a little to good to be true but we still were excited (what's the worst that could happen was our thought) that we were actually going be staying at this amazing house. Oh Boy! upon arrival we met Anastacia; whom by the way was very professional and amazing with instructions and recommendations. Upon opening the gate to the home we saw paradise (the landscaping, the flowers, pool, sitting area ect). The home from the gate appear a little small but once we got closer and out the car the view was completely different. All we thought out loud is that this was exactly what we were looking for and we found it. The inside of the home was very clean and well kept, everyone had their own space and privacy. I like that the kitchen and living room were not divided by any wall (open concept) because we were able to cook and gather inside while watching television. Oh we cant leave out the outside of the house, pool...A+ we could not stay out of it, the sitting area; we practically lived there...i would wake up 7:00 am everyday and just lay on the little coach outside to enjoy the bird sounds and breeze. In the afternoon we would hang out near the grill area (by the way was a mini kitchen outside) , listen to some music and grill away. Every aspect of the home was amazing. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Marys Bakker maintained amazing communication with us when we booked the home, provided us all the information needed to get to the home and whom to contact. When questions were asked; responses were quick and well responded. Marys Bakker's home allowed us to have an amazing and beautiful experience. We have agreed to do another trip and this will be our designated home. We LOVED IT!!!!

Hello ! My name is Marys and Casa Feliz was our home for several years. Me and my family of three made many happy memories here. My husband (from Nice, France), myself (from Amsterdam) and our son (European but practically Tico) have been living in Costa Rica for over 5 years. I believe Casa Feliz is not just a rental house but a place where you will feel at home, just like we did. We love the area so we still live close by, managing our property with a lot of attention and care.

Why they chose this property

Casa Feliz is a cosy, comfortable but stylish house surrounded by a lush garden that is home to tropical birds. The big windows allow the sun to shower the house all day long. The living area encompasses the kitchen, the dining and the living room, creating a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The spacious terrace with sunscreens offer an outside-in experience with sitting and dining area, and with the hammock and sun-beds they make the perfect place to chill in front of the pool. The ample deck with outdoor shower is suitable for sunbathing, yoga practice, massage sessions or just cocktail drinking at sunset. The well equipped outside kitchen is ideal for barbecues and dinner parties. The beautifully kept garden offers privacy, connection to nature and a sense of spaciousness.

What makes this property unique

- What I love about our home is the location! Whether you want to visit Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Brasilito, Conchal, Flamingo (10-15min), or if you want to drive a little bit longer to Potrero, Las Catalinas (north 25min) or Playa Avellana (south 25min)... Casa Feliz is right in the middle so a great home if you want to visit these different places/beaches.
- At the same time, the house is in a calm neighbourhood, so we're not bothered by the business, noise or traffic in these little beach town.
- Plus you have full privacy to enjoy the terrace, pool, bbq and huge garden!
