Triplex of about 45m2, completely renovated, located in a residence with lift in the center of vallandry, close to the slopes and shops. On the 5th floor, it offers a beautiful clear view of the valley and a sunny balconny.
It is composed of an entrance with cupboards, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a living room (without sleeping) with leather sofa,and an open kitchen overlooking the balcony.
Upstairs, there is a reading area ,a bedroom with double bed, a cabin with bunk beds, a shower room.
On the mezzanine, there are 2 single beds.

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric hobs. Washing machine. TV.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary: 1 bath room. 1 shower room. separate toilet.
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
