<br>Car strongly recommended city centre (transport, shops...) at 1.5km. possibility to get around via Uber/Bolt/taxi/ car hire (getaround)<br>🅿️On-site parking for a maximum of 3 cars<br><br>The accommodation<br>You will stay in this pleasant new house with a living room, dining room and open kitchen on the ground floor as well as a shower room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and a board<br><br>Upstairs you will discover a large bathroom and 3 bedrooms all composed of:<br>-1 mezzanine for 2 people<br>-1 queen size bed (160x200) new bedding<br>-1 connected TV with free access to Netflix / Prime video / YouTube<br>-1 desk<br>-dressing room with hangers<br><br>Outside on the private garden side tables, chairs, deckchairs, hammock, small barbecue (charcoal not provided), children's games, children's tables and chairs <br><br>Traveller access<br>It is recommended to be driven to access the house.free parking space in front of the house limited to 3 cars,<br>Located on the heights of the city, the nearest bus stop to Disney or Meaux is a 20-minute walk from the apartment<br><br>Other remarks<br><br>The accommodation must be left clean at the time of departure, departures must take place no later than 11am <br>The bus stop is 15/20min walk, road without pavement and poorly lit at night<br><br>You will be staying in my house, please take care of my accommodation during your stay and respect the area <br><br>INTERNAL RULES:<br><br>1- Non-smoking accommodation <br>2- Non-smoking garden (presence of flammable synthetic lawn)<br>3- Shoes forbidden in the accommodation due to floors and stairs made of fragile materials (wood and synthetic parquet) bring slippers<br>4- Organisation of parties and family / friendly events / stag nights for young men / girls ... forbidden (quiet residential area, close area, terraced house) under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay <br>5-hours of calm in the accommodation and the outdoor areas (10pm-8am) due to the adjoining of the accommodation and the instructions of the municipality <br>5- Lock the door and close the windows while you are away from the home <br>6- Respect the instructions and departure times <br>7- Nudity forbidden in the outdoor areas <br>8- No pets allowed in the accommodation and its exteriors under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay <br>9- Neighbourhood-friendly parking 3 cars maximum in front of the house <br>10- Eco-responsible behaviour in terms of water and electricity consumption <br>11- Respect the number of occupants indicated in the reservation (do not welcome external people)<br>The accommodation must be left clean (sheets removed, dishes clean and tidy, fridge empty, rubbish emptied) we do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests <br><br>Exteriors under video surveillance <br><br>⚠️Some common outdoor areas may be in the process of being developed
