The Space:
Walk into Reedy 4 Fun and you will immediately have a sense of home. With its large living room and ample seating, your family will experience "home" at the beach. Enjoy the sound of the waves and the smell of salt air from the large furnished deck that offers shade and a gulf view! When it's time to put your toes in the sand, the beach is only moments away on foot or by vehicle.
The living area offers comfortable seating for everyone, with a smart TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is well-furnished, and features granite countertops and bar, with plenty of space for food preparation and seating. The separate dining table doubles as a game table for family game nights. You'll love the coastal decor and the charming feel of this home!
With 1500 square feet, Reedy 4 Fun sleeps 10 easily. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has 2 queen sized beds, and bedroom three has a set of built-in twin XL over twin XL bunk beds. There is even plenty of space for an air mattress if you need an extra sleeping area.
After you have spent the day at the beach, enjoy a cool breeze in the downstairs patio area- with a picnic table, swing, and charcoal grill. You'll love the outdoor shower when it's time to come in from the sun and sand. There is plenty of space for your beach toys and parking, and even a fenced-in area for your pup.
Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
