BEAUTIFUL CONDO - AMAZING BEACH VIEW FROM PRIVATE BALCONY

2 bedroom,1 bath, located on the beach in the heart of South Padre.

BE COMFORTABLE | Our two bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and antibacterial luxury white sheets. Each room has a built in USB port on each lamp and a fun clock/alarm clock. If you prefer to sleep-in, just draw the drapes before bedtime. Open the sliding glass doors in the master and let the soothing sound of the surf and the scent of fresh salt air lull you to sleep.

The kitchen offers a fun play in color with a new vintage turquoise fridge, new stainless steel stove/oven and range hood. Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.

EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool's temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees.

STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms.

GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children. Activities include but are not limited to: golf, parasailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few.

No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The ocean view from the balcony is incredible! Just sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves come in is so relaxing. The sun rises are beautiful. The host is great and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely make a return visit.

The sunrise, moonrise and beach views from the balcony were my favorite. We love to walk everywhere when on the island and utilize the free shuttles when needed. The location is perfect and safe.

All i was really looking for was an ocean view to wake up to each morning, easy access to the beach, and a family-friendly environment. This condo did not disappoint! It included everything we needed and communication from the owner was very thorough. We would love to stay there again.

This is a wonderful condo to stay in. Rachel and Willie are fantastic hosts that have thoughtfully stocked the condo with everything you need to have a carefree experience. The beds, linens, and towels are absolutely first class and comfortable. The building staff were very helpful and always accommodating. The hot tub, pool, and surrounding grounds were beautiful and clean. We loved the balcony chairs and the perfect view. I would definitely recommend their condo for a perfect place to stay on South Padre Island!

Wonderful time on SPI

Breathtaking views, pool is great, walkable to a lot of great places. The beach access was wonderful!!! Condo is beautiful, well-maintained and has a lot of extra perks. Only suggestion we have is to have a tv in bedroom perhaps and the water pressure and temperature in shower left a little to be desired.

This is our first vacation rental and I am loving everything about it so far. I focused my efforts on quality bedding, comfortable textiles and a neutral color scheme. I designed this unit in hopes that you could enjoy your time away and really feel on vacation.
