Welcome to our newly remodeled vacation home in Lely Resort, Naples, Florida! This stunning retreat features brand new furnishings and a private saltwater pool, making it the ideal spot for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. Nestled in the peaceful community of Falcons Glenn, you’re perfectly situated between Marco Island and the vibrant shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue.
This inviting 2-bedroom + den home offers an open floor plan designed for entertaining, accommodating up to 6 guests. Relax under the newly screened lanai with your morning coffee while enjoying views of the second hole of the Flamingo Island Golf Course.
As you step inside, the spacious layout welcomes you with abundant natural light. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private full bathroom, with sliding glass doors providing direct access to the lanai and heated pool. The den offers a comfortable Murphy bed, pocket doors for privacy, a TV, and a ceiling fan, making it a perfect space for guests. The front bedroom includes two twin beds, with a full bathroom conveniently located between the den and front bedroom.
The living room boasts a large-screen TV and comfortable seating, while the kitchen features a high-top table with views of both the living area and the pool. This well-equipped kitchen, complete with clean appliances, allows you to enjoy cooking while taking in the picturesque patio views. The private lanai is outfitted with umbrellas, cozy patio furniture, and a grill—ideal for outdoor dining or lounging by the heated saltwater pool.
