Enjoy beautiful views of Pine Mountain and Quail Lake or watch quail run across the black lava hill while you drink your coffee in the private outdoor seating area. Owners Mary and Kody created this cozy cottage on the far side of their new home for guests looking for a comfortable, clean place to call home while they explore the outdoors.

Attached suite is located on a quiet street just minutes from freeway access, dinning and shopping options. Attention was given to custom furnishings, quality linen, a large custom walk-in shower, and artistic décor. Guests have private parking and their own access into their corner of the property. High-speed internet connection and comfortable desk makes this studio a perfect property to work remotely while exploring southern Utah and northern Arizona.

We have lived in Southern Utah our whole lives and love the variety of outdoor activities available to us, from snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking, to kayaking the lakes and visiting the parks. We love pickleball and like to barbeque and play cornhole with family.
