Your new favorite southern Utah place to stay. You will not find a better place. This brand new condo is exquisite. 2 bd, 2 ba, full kitchen, and the water park is right outside your back window. It's beautiful. Sleeps up to 6. Two king beds and one sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen. Large brand new 4k 75" large screen tv. Washer/dryer. The water park contains a lazy river, water slide, huge 16 person hot tub, and pool. The entire waterpark is open and heated year round.

You're going to love it!!

This is a 2nd floor condo unit with stairs only (no elevator).
No pets.
No smoking/vaping.
