FAMILY-FRIENDLY, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT, PERFECT LOCATION ……. Short walk to beach with private access at beach house with shower, pool and cafe. Tons of amenities! Steps away from one of the 11 pools in the resort which has been recently updated. Nearby are the 18-hole miniature golf course on the Gulf Highlands property, four new pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, corn hole games and playground. There is also a gym steps away on the Gulf Highlands property. Our unit is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment!

NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!! MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT (Renter must provide driver’s license as proof of age)!! 6 GUESTS MAXIMUM!!!

Our updated 2BR/1.5BA townhouse is perfect and affordable for your family vacation! The townhouse is located in a gated resort across the street from the beach. We take pride in our unit and strive to make it one of the cleanest on the beach! The Gulf Highland's Beach House located beachfront is a 5-7 minute walk from the unit. A beach cart is provided for your use. Two parking spaces are conveniently located right outside the front door of the unit and provide easy access for unloading groceries, etc. (No parking garage or elevators to deal with!) Free secure wireless internet is available inside the unit.

Downstairs is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE with two new sofas and one with built-in power recliners. There is also one large recliner for a total of three zero-gravity power reclining seats along with a 50” Smart TV. The kitchen is FULLY furnished. There is a half-bath downstairs for convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed and TV and a private balcony overlooking the grounds of Gulf Highlands. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. All linens are furnished. The townhouse has a nice patio with a gas grill and picnic table provided for your use.

Our unit is conveniently located near Frank Brown Sports Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonder Works, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, bowling alley/arcade, Walmart, Publix grocery store, Post Office and numerous restaurants and other activities. Also, you're only five miles away from Pier Park, "a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers and restaurants along with unique owned boutiques and specialty stores".

Gulf Highlands is one of the most family-oriented resorts at Panama City Beach. DON'T FORGET TO MAKE YOUR VACATION PHOTOGRAPHS AT SUNSET ON ONE OF THE WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES!!!!!

Great place to stay!

My grandparents have stayed in Gulf Highlands, and then my mother and then us. Now, my little family goes every year. Great community, close to the beach and nice condo! Julie was very attentive and has a beautiful place! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing place!

Great property with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was very clean, organized and labeled for a carefree stay. The pool is very close and the walk to the beach is easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, Property was clean and felt like home. Easy walk to great food locations -Bayou on the Beach is a must try! The LIQ was a fun place to check out. I will be back and would recommend friends and family to this location! Great choice we had a great time.

Great family beach vacation

PCB had double red flags our entire stay, but it didn’t ruin our vacation- this condo was everything we needed from multiple pools to use, mini golf course, and an easy walk to the beach to play in the sand! The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - we even enjoyed having the grill - steaks at the beach are always the best!

Fun in the Sun

Over all location was great, close to gate for entry and exit. The short walk to the beach was great exercise . The pool being only two or three condos down was a fantastic. We took full advantage of beach cart as well as the washer and dryer. It was a pleasant 6 day stay.

The property was clean and accommodated our family well. The kitchen was well stocked on everything we needed to cook with and we were able to use the beach toys and wagon-which was great to have! The rip current was pretty rough that week and the property manager went out of her way to make sure we were aware and stayed alert to this warning. I would happily vacation at this location again!!

Paradise Getaway!!!

Where to start…the townhouse was perfect!!!! Our host Julie was awesome. Anything and everything you would need was provided, except for maybe your food and laundry soap. Which I left for the next person 😉 my grandkids loved going to the different swimming pools and playing putt putt golf. Also walking to the beach was a plus, didn’t have to find a place to park or pay for parking. We had a blast and will be staying here again!!!

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was clean and had all the things I was searching for to have a successful vacation. The air conditioning was cold, kitchen provided everything I needed to cook meals, beds were comfortable, quality washer & dryer, beach wagon (we left two beach chairs and boogie board for the next group), good wifi, cute outdoor patio with grill and light up umbrella table, 5 minute walk to the beach, beach clubhouse/pool (unfortunately, under construction while we were there). Walmart is 1 block away, so convenient! The check in was easy and Julie provided great communication, we will most definitley rebook on our next visit to PCB.

Lovely condo with easy beach access!

Really enjoyed our stay! Julie was great at communicating and getting everything ready, especially since we were a very last-minute reservation (booked it the week before we were supposed to come). Condo had everything we needed - kitchen was especially well stocked. We grilled dinner a couple of nights out on the back patio, which was really nice. A portion of the patio was also covered, which was a great place to stash beach chairs, toys, etc. There is also a garden hose out on the patio for rinsing, which helped keep the sand at bay! This particular strip of units also seemed to be on the quieter side in the complex (which we every much enjoyed) - we talked to several owners of the nearby units, and they were all super nice and had good restaurant recommendations. Walk to the beach wasn't bad (5-7 minutes with all of the usual stuff that comes with having 2 kids), and we really enjoyed having a pool just a few doors down from the unit.

Perfect for softball tournament!

We stayed here for a week long softball tournament in PCB. We loved Gulf Highlands. The access to Hutchison rd made for a quick and easy ride to the Publix sports complex. Not having to deal with elevators was a bonus! We were able to cook and do laundry right in the townhome. The property was gated, and there were many activities on site. My kids loved the grand island pool and the mini golf course. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend renting a golf cart if staying here as they have golf cart parking right next to the beach access! Everything was very clean, and description was accurate.

The condo was sparkling clean and only a 2minute walk to beach. Property was right in the middle of everything you need and felt like home after a long day at beach or wherever. Fully stocked kitchen. We loved our stay and Julie answered me right away. I also loved the Gulf highlands beach house. It was nice to have a place to rinse off before heading home.

Just left and can't wait to go back!

This could not have been a more perfect stay. I was nervous about being there during such a busy time for the 4th of July but I swear these condos were built sound proof. Lots of cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc), plenty of linens, beach cart available, the pools were wonderful, literally a 6 minute walk to the beach, a couple doors down from a pool - but again, we never heard anything outside, very secure entrance and exit, great communication with the owner, I slept in the master bedroom with my young son and the king size bed is SO comfortable. We're already planning on contacting Julie for vacation next year!

Great place to stay

This was close enough to everything, but tucked away in a quiet little community. It was a cute and comfy condo with plenty of amenities. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience! Julie was quick to accept our rental and quick to send keys and info upon payment. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!!

We purchased this home for our future winter retirement home. Our unit is well maintained and we try to make a major improvement every year.

Why they chose this property

You can drive right up to the front door of our townhouse in the gated resort to unload your groceries or luggage. The resort is very well kept and family oriented. It is within steps of the beach but just far enough away from the front beach traffic. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are nearby. The white beaches are beautiful and it is truly the Emerald Coast!
