Note: boat slips are sold out for the summer...but,
There is a free launch at Parker dam to launch your toys
2 miles away.....and a kayak launch 500 yards away that can be seen from your door step...We have plenty of parking on our lot next to the rental for big boats or motor home.

Get ready for the perfect lake Havasu get away. Rental is fully equipped. Kayaks can be provided for a daily fee and launched for you. A full remodel has just been completed and everything is new, from the 4 ton A/C (72 max cool) to the furniture and plush beds. Water pressure is great and unit is spotless. direct tv is available for viewing .Plenty of parking for your boat or a 40 foot RV onsite. Many extras are included.

We have explored, hiked, boated, kayaked and enjoyed every inch of this area..we are here to make your vacation a memorable experience...we love it here and once you experience the beauty and the nature you will also...

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home and spent 2 months completely remodeling it..we did all the work and spared no shortcuts. Everything is new. The 4 ton hvac to the plumbing to the furniture and beds, all bedding, towels, sheets, all brand new.
It’s 5 star comfy and clean.
