This home is perfectly located. Enjoy the panoramic views of the river and the wildlife found living there. Sit in quiet seclusion on your own dock taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Spend your days fishing, boating, kayaking, or bird watching right in your own backyard. Feeling a little more adventurous, there is plenty to do just beyond your front door. Hunting, hiking, golfing, off-roading, gambling and the Parker Strip along with its numerous waterfront bars and restaurants are all within a short 15 minute drive or less. This fully furnished home comes equipped with numerous out door living spaces, plenty of parking, and an outdoor cooking area.

Wonderful, homey just LOVED it, beautiful

Fantastic experience

We had a great time at the river house, it exceeded our expectations. The property is very easy accessible and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. The river view is breath taking and we could just sit out there all afternoon and evening. Plenty of room for the whole family. We caught fish off of the lower dock and had a fish fry that night. I would highly recommend this house for a excellent vacation get away.

It is our favorite place to share with our family. An incredible retreat to get away and reflect, share meals with your favorite people, and for love to grow. We can’t tell you the pleasure we’ve had in making this shack a home away from home! We hope you too will find it a comfortable home that you love to return to often.

Why they chose this property

Having family in California, Arizona, and Nevada; Parker, Arizona just seemed like the perfect location. Approximately three hours from each state, it’s the perfect place for family gatherings. Located within Bluewater Lagoon, a quiet river community, great neighbors, with its own boat launch.
