This semi-detached house is located on a slope and therefore has a beautiful view of the sparkling sea. Simply furnished, it extends over two floors connected by interior stairs, where there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. On the upper floor the lowest ceiling height is 120cm. On the large terrace you can sit in the fresh air and enjoy the view of the surroundings. The road to beautiful pebble beaches is a bit steep. In the nearby towns of Split and Omis you will enjoy a great cultural and entertainment offer.

A TRUE GEM

This house is in the perfect location— not too far from the Split airport but far enough to be private; up on a hillside with a porch overlooking the Adriatic; a short walk from the beach; very pleasant owners who brought us a platter of meats and cheese, some fresh vegetables, and a couple bottles of wine. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

Great View

The terrace and view are the reasons to stay here! So relaxing after a long day out. The owners provided some very tasty treats when we arrived that were delicious!! The beds were very comfortable also. The kitchen was fully stocked if you prefer to cook but we ate out a lot. We were surprised that there were no shower curtains, but maybe that is common in Croatia? It did not take anything away from the lovely property. Omis was a very easy drive and highly suggest going there. Split isn’t far but can take 30-40 minutes if at high traffic times. Just know that going into it, and plan accordingly.
