About this property

Spacious Condo with views of the Harbor and Gulf

Please be advised that tile is being laid in the lobby. While the tile is being installed, there will still be elevator access on the ground floor as they plan to tile 1/2 of the lobby at a time, leaving at least one elevator open at all times.

Harbor Landing is Holiday Isle's newest luxury building sitting on Destin Harbor with Private beach access for all Guests. This very sophisticated 3-bedroom Condo has been professionally designed and decorated. This designer Unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with over 2000 square feet of space. The open floor plan includes custom cabinetry in the kitchen, with granite countertops. All appliances are new and the kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee pot & blender.
There is a breakfast bar for informal dining, as well as a large, more formal dining area. The very spacious living/entertainment room has a High-Definition 50" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. Our unit also has a complete laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, which opens to the very large balcony, with fantastic views of the Harbor and Gulf. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom for your enjoyment. The VIP suite has a King bed and private bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds with private bath. All beds have plush pillow-top mattresses and soft high-thread count sheets. All bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, and ceiling fans. This is not a crowded mega-condo complex; however, this has everything you desire to make your vacation unforgettable. The grounds are covered with luscious landscaping, which you will notice as soon as you drive up to the Gated property. The Beach is just a few steps away with private access. The sugar-white sand beaches are some of the most pristine in the world, and the water is a deep emerald-green. We recommend polarized sunglasses so you can enjoy the deep contrast colors that the Gulf offers.

Holiday Isle is minutes from Indian Bayou and Kelly Plantation Golf Clubs, as well as the Destin Airport. Holiday Isle's traffic is minimal, yet you are minutes away from the Area's finest restaurants. Spend your day by one of our tropical pools, take a soak in the adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub, or fish off the dock just steps from the Property. There is a full workout facility on the Property as well. There are also water taxis in the area that will pick you up right at our docks and take you anywhere on the Harbor.

The property was nice, the condo was dirty dog hair everywhere the bedding was discussing dog hair! The the condo was freezing at night no heat! The utensils was nasty the curtains was Ragley the side door didn’t lock! The bathroom smell horrible smell like urine around the toilets dog hair was everywhere!!!!!

Family wedding weekend

The condo itself was spacious and a great location. The balcony and view lovely. Beach is an easy walk. However, the kitchen and appliances were horrible, the place was dirty, and ROACHES all over the kitchen. It was disgusting. We couldn't eat there. We had to throw away all the food we bought. The ROACHES were in the dishwasher so we didn't want to eat or drink off anything either. Absolutely unacceptable.

Beach Access

I will say the overall size of the condo is very nice. We had 6 people staying at the condo and we all had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and its views. The condo building itself was very quiet, we had no issues with noises from the neighbors. Our biggest complaint was beach access. This condo does not have beach access. Yes, you are given a beach gate key and you can go onto the beach but there’s not a designated spot for you. There are areas that are blocked off specifically for the condos and houses that are located on the beach. I was told there was a beach umbrella/chair service we could rent from. There is a service but it’s not for Harbor Landing. It’s only for the ones on the beach. The area “west” of the Oceania condos is supposed to be for Harbor Landing, technically it’s not because it’s all private beaches. We spoke to someone who either lives or rents frequently at one of the condos/homes on the beach. He said Harbor Landing is telling false information about beach access. You can not set up chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach service set ups. If I would have known this information, I would have looked at booking at a different condo building. To make up for the beach access issue, we had to drive down to Miramar beach for the days we stayed. We still thoroughly enjoyed the beach but would have rather have gone to the beach at the condo we were staying at.

You're absolutely right that this information should have been clearer upfront, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this during your stay. Beach access policies can be complex in our area, and I take full responsibility for not providing more detailed information about the specific limitations. In your check-in instructions we already include this information about the beach in the link of the HOA rules and regulations. This notice includes information with larger detail reiterating that this is a beach access. You were given this information stating that this is private beach access only. That there are NO private set-up areas on this beach and that if you would like to set up at the beach it would need to be at a public area. O'Steen is a very close public beach access. Despite the beach access issue, I'm pleased you were still able to enjoy beautiful Destin Beach during your visit. Your feedback is invaluable and will help ensure future guests have the complete picture when booking. Family trip to Destin

This is spacious condo is in a great location - drivable and boatable to the Destin boardwalk and tons of restaurants, shops and bars. We would stay here again, but I'd recommend that the stove top be replaced. It leans badly and is very difficult to cook on.

It was the best lodging experience I have ever had. From the ease of booking, rapid responses from the manager, and just an incredible place to stay. I could not believe how reasonably priced this was for the location and about of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Kitchen was near useless - nice location.

While the location and overall condo was nice, the kitchen was a mess. Refrigerator collected huge amounts of water such that veggie drawers had 1/2" or more water when we got there and filled again during our stay. The microwave was about to fall off the cabinets. It was literally crooked and only worked half the time. The stove burners were also crooked and you could not cook anything that needed a level pan. Dishwasher had bugs in it. I would not stay there again until all appliances replaced or repaired. Stayed 12/27/21 through 1/1/22.
