This 800 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the first hole of the Schuss Golf course with a nice view of the mountain.
Ground level. Park out front.
we have our own association outdoor pool There is no indoor pool.

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and bakery. Mancelona has God restaurants as well.
This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.
Traverse City and Petosky are appx. 35 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 5 miles from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'
Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or Kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
