This 800 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the first hole of the Schuss Golf course with a nice view of the mountain.
Ground level. Park out front.

* Special parking lot for boats and trailers. No boats or trailers are allowed in condo parking lot*

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.
This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.
Traverse City and Petosky are appx. 35 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 5 miles from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'
Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or Kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

Torch Lake

Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your space. We enjoyed staying there! The location was wonderful, had plenty of adventure options, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed kayaking at Torch Lake, visiting the beach at Elk lake, and taking a day trip to Mackinac Island. Memorable vacation & beautiful scenery!

We have had very positive stays in Villa Monte before and this was extra bright and family friendly. Game closet, benches around the table, the sleeper sofa were excellent bonuses.Simple check-in, all kitchen supplies needed were there, wi-fi and amenities were easy to access.Mildly annoying, but in no way a deal breaker were: squeaky bunk beds, extra sensitive smoke detector and the pool key did not work at Summit Lodge. No issues at the Schuss Main pool.5 out of 5 stars would stay again!

Loved the condo. Clean, cozy, even enjoyed the fireplace one cool night. Loved the whirlpool tub and the warm indoor pool. Clean, plenty of linens, and the owner answered her phone late to help us find the location, and super responsive during our stay!

I am very surprised to see this review. I would love to know what repairs need to be done so we can take care of them. These condos are professionally cleaned and inspected between all guests so I wish this guest would have reached out during their stay because we would have addressed their concerns immediately.

Very nice and clean! I had a difficult time find the place at night, but Connie was very responsive to my late hour phone call for help. I would recommend an update to the queen matress. We had storage parking for our boat with security, which was a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

The TV is not easy to operate and the master bath pocket door was broke unit was very outdated the bunk bed where very squeaky and the seating in the living area not much at all how ever the complex area was very clean and maintained the pool was very cold when it says that it’s heated but the pool was just steps away from the pool

I am sorry this guest did not have a better stay. We were not made aware he had issues with the TV. When we went to check it out itbworks fine. He also did not make mention of the pocket door until this review. The unit is a bit dated but priced accordingly. It is a great value for a family on a budget.

Girls’ Weekend!

We were celebrating a friend’s 40th Birthday! The condo was great for the 6 of us. The hot tub unfortunately was out of order, but we enjoyed taking in the fall colors on the chair lift. The host was very helpful and accommodating! The pillows were not the most comfortable, so I do recommend bringing your own or doubling them up with the extras, otherwise the beds were comfortable. Not too far from wineries and Torch Lake, and accurately matched the descriptions.

Great stay

This condo was as pictured and advertised. Everything was clean and tidy except the fridge could use a wipe down. There was no dish soap or dishwasher soap so that grossed me out a little because it makes you wonder how the dishes were washed before our stay. But there’s an easy solution for that. ;) just bought some soap on our travels. I would definitely stay again.

Schuss Mountain

Overall the stay was great. We had a few hiccups The condo was cute and cozy and for the most part it was clean, my only complaint was that the second bathroom was not as clean as I would of expected it to be. the bathroom floor was not as clean as it should of been and the window in the master bedroom was broken and we were not aware but I spoke with the property owner to inform her and she apologized for not letting us know ahead of time. We had a good time and would definitely recommend this property to stay in.

We had a very nice time here. It was easy to walk into and out of the unit - important because one of us can’t do stairs. The bed in the master seemed to be a full size, not a queen? The bunk bed room was very tight for space. We had trouble using the tv. Perhaps instructions could be given.

Condo was comfortable. Just slept there as it was a golfing and boating trip. Living area small if you were to spend a lot of time at the condo. To use TV need codes for apps. Property manager accommodating and easy to communicate with. Bathrooms nice and clean as was condo space. One thing I would highly suggest to owner, set aside numerous strong air fresheners in every room when renting. Overwhelming scents. We put away and put back when we left. Lingered a whole day. Overall, nice place.

Easy for a family

This is a good property for a family with two or three young children. The main bedroom is perfect for aa couple and the bunkbed room is good for kids. The bunkbed room does not offer much privacy however and the space can become pretty small if you plan to stay inside. Aa good place to unwind and sleep.

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year around. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

It is close to so many attractions, Golf, skiing, hiking, boating, wine tours, biking, horse back riding. There is something for everyone within in 20 minute drive

We are one of only a couple associations that have our own outdoor pool. You will also have access to the Schuss Village indoor pool and hot tub and the Summitt Village, Lakeview indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. The outdoor pool over looks Lake Bellaire.
