The famous Cocoa Beach Pier is a 5-minute walk from the house and on the Pier, you will find multiple restaurants and bars including but not limited to The Pier 62 Oceanfront and Rikki Tiki Tavern where you will witness an amazing view that you will never forget! This beach is easy to access and is family-friendly. Around the beach are different restaurants and shops. Also don't forget the first and largest Ron Jon shop that is right next to the Pier, which is a must-see!

The house is on water which is shallow and calm so it is great for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and just relaxing. Also, this property is great for hosting get-togethers because of the extra large open kitchen and seating space!
